she's talked previously that disordered eating IS still an issue in ballet, albeit it has gotten better compared to the past. in fact the major reason she posts these food shorts is to show young ballerinas who watch her videos that food is both good and important, which is one of the many reasons I really respect her and love her channel sm.
Malka is correct because research shows that ED's are more prevalent in certain top sports than in the general population. But besides this fact, it is sad that every ballet dancer has to proof that she has not an ED. Why must Lori prove that haters are wrong?

Lori is also a very beautiful example on how to build a strong slim body on vegan food but that doesn't mean it is her responsibility to show how to eat animal friendly/environment friendly.
While I'm not strictly vegan I adore your food videos. It inspires me to eat more vegetarian and vegan meals. Its so irritating tho how many people dont understand how nutritionally dense and high caloric foods you do eat and try to tell you what you need to consume. Its no ones business but your own!

Yellow curry is delicious! So delicious, I started making it myself and as long as you have the ingredients, it’s fairly simple to make.
