Remember that feeling. This is how you know Naughty Dog made characters so memorable that after losing them we don’t feel the same. That feeling is powerful and The Last of Us was one of the only games to do that for me. And then you remember all the people who didn’t bother playing the game cuz they got sour about losing him and missed out on some of his best moments.

Honestly both of these games had me in tears, I basically cried every time I saw Joel's watch in the first game (lol) because it reminded me of the horrible scene where Sarah gets killed. But nothing made me cry like seeing Joel get killed, I hated Abby after that and swore that I would hate every scene with her in and it disgusted me that we had to play as her but it got to a certain point and I realised that I actually really liked her (and her big muscular arms) you can't really blame her for wanting to kill Joel, he killed her dad, and you can't blame Ellie for wanting to kill Abby, she killed Joel who was basically Ellie's dad.

The Last Of Us Part II was loved, appreciated and seen as a unique masterpiece by so many people...
The Last Of Us Part II won the game of the year at the PlayStation Awards, with maybe 3 million more “user votes”!
The Last Of Us Part II received 196 official critic awards, 65 official user vote awards, and a total of 261 official awards at the award ceremonies!
It was the piece that won the most game of the year awards in history. So The Last Of Us Part II is GOAT!!
Also, The Last Of Us Part II has extremely excellent and unique gameplay...
The Last Of Us Part II is the best masterpiece in animation, level design, artificial intelligence design, melee, firearm use, particle designs, atmosphere design and game development...
The Last Of Us Part II’s AI really does feel like a human, and it randomly and “naturally” wanders and explores every area it is in. They inspect everywhere: all the voids that can be penetrated, nooks and crannies, underwater, grass, inside the buildings, the whole environment... Their reactions differ according to the interactions in the environment, and the communication and interaction of the enemies with each other is also great!
Npc dialogues = When an npc human or an npc dog dies, other npc people lament for dead npc human or dead npc dog, shout with anger, go crazy, swear to take revenge on the person who killed their loved one and are filled with negative emotions. That's why npc people act like real people and make them feel like real people...
Looking at the post-apocalyptic dystopia design and the notes in this world, it is clear that there is always someone taking revenge on someone, always full of negative emotions... This is a personal, deep, psychological and special journey...
The Last Of Us Part II turns its own post-apocalyptic universe into a powerful dystopia. It doesn't just tell a story. It processes the people in a mind-blowing way and places them in a dystopian universe with an enormous fiction. It connects the characters in it to the dystopian universe that it has created in relation to each other with thematic and emotional bonds. It explains in a magnificent way why this universe exists, the people in it, what is going on in this universe. Especially The Last Of Us Part II does this very well... And there is no other work in the industry that can do this with narrative techniques. The Last Of Us Part II is a work that has perspectives on the philosophy of utilitarianism, secular humanism, the meta-ethical branch of ethical philosophy, political philosophy at certain points (describing state destruction and criticizing the essence of the state, paralleling some of the thoughts of Thomas Hobbes) and moral relativism.
The Last Of Us Part II deals with Thomas Hobbes' understanding of "homo homoni lupus" or "man is a wolf to man" very well... It also has a structure that tells the story of statism and the state order.
Because the state is the only official authority that provides real justice. The state is a structure that puts people in order, rises above moral relativism and establishes a fundamental system of criticism and judgment in a smart and correct manner, which no one can object to. As in the novel 1984, the state can use this power for manipulation...
And if the state collapses, the only law is the laws of nature, the strong one (he/she) provides his/her own subjective justice and the ethics of this is debatable, because since man is a thinking being, the strong one (he/she) will use tolerance and weakness to provide his/her own ideology and his/her own justice. Philosopher Karl Popper also says this.
Here people live with the survival instinct inherited from our ancestors in the destroyed order because the laws of nature are cruel and this survival instinct is really at its peak. Under normal circumstances (today's order), a good, angelic person can be an angel with bloody hands and a broken wing in this universe (the post-apocalyptic dystopia of The Last Of Us)... This universe shows how different people can be in different orders, people can practice behaviors that seem distant from them but can be close at the same time... So people are neither black nor white, they are gray, they are angels with bloody hands... This is a tremendous dystopian post-apocalyptic universe. It is the design and expression of the apocalyptic universe... A different dystopian narrative, presenting different and original perspectives, presenting good and evil and all opposite concepts in gray without distinction makes The Last Of Us Part II a great "masterpiece" on the subject of "narrative". ...
You should read Paul Bloom's book Against Empathy...
    Empathy is a relative concept.
The Last Of Us Part II is easy on empathy, so The Last Of Us Part II doesn't force empathy. This is already impossible...
Empathy is unique to the person.
The Last Of Us Part II deals with the concept of empathy very well...
And The Last Of Us Part II cares about the main characters and the side characters around the main characters and handles them really well...
So The Last Of Us Part II has extremely well-written characters. Other side characters serve meaningful and deep points in the story. You feel like they all have a purpose in the "narrative" of The Last Of Us Part II...
The Last Of Us Part II characters render very well in gray tones and embed the concept of moral relativism very well into the characters...
Every character (especially the main characters) is like a real person.
The feelings and thoughts of the characters are presented in a realistic way and the character is definitely catchy and impressive, as each one feels like they are real-world people.
Abby has been tortured by rattlers and has lost her majesty and become pathetic. Abby barely has the strength to stay afloat. Ellie unravels it, but they are stunned because now Abby has been tortured worse than death. Then blood gets involved, Ellie's own blood from PTSD reminds her of "Joel's death" and then she can't let Abby go and they fight. Later, the breaking of Ellie's fingers symbolizes guitar, the blood spilling into the water symbolizes Joel, life and human and Ellie's torture by strangling the defenseless and exhausted Abby symbolizes Joel's death. And an epiphany (Go to search) ensues. Later, she remembers a very meaningful "memory" she had with Joel, and this memory begins with Joel playing the guitar. This memory is the “moment” when she decides to forgive Joel, and this moment is the memory of the conscientious relief that comes from forgiving despite everything that has happened, the effort to start a new life with a clean slate despite everything that happens. In this way, she chooses to get rid of his feelings by "hesitating".
Ellie wasn't there for revenge anyway, she was actually there to bring herself closer to Joel. Ellie went to find Abby to make up for her inability to save Joel. She had long since given up on revenge, she. Months had passed and Ellie had completely changed... As she said in the farm scenes... Ellie had not fully forgiven Joel. That's why Ellie was so angry with Abby. Ellie was angry with Abby for taking away her chance to forgive Joel. Ellie was so angry at Abby for killing Joel while they were on a bad break. And Ellie went to find Abby to fully forgive Joel. Ellie was there to make up for her inability to save Joel. In fact, Ellie was mostly angry with herself because she thought she had betrayed Joel. Ellie fought with Abby because she was so angry with herself and therefore to suppress the feeling of regret on herself, and for the reasons I explained in the finale, she realized that forgiveness is actually the medicine for revenge and anger...
The relationship between Abby and Lev is very deep... Abby would not have been with Owen without Yara and Lev. Although Abby has fulfilled her desire for revenge, she still carries a guilt that makes her feel heavy, unhappy and depressed. Abby sees Yara's arm being smashed by the Seraphites, coldly and unhesitatingly, being struck again and again with the hammer. Later, he is saved from drowning by hanging, thanks to the direction of Yara and Lev's cutting the rope at the last moment. If Abby hadn't met Lev and Yara at that moment, she would have been dead, hanged and pierced. Lev and Yara are still children. And Yara needs protection and treatment. Abby helped Yara move forward, carrying Yara in her arms. Abby carried Yara in her arms for a long time. Because Abby wanted to help those two kids. When Abby left them and went to Owen, she looked from Owen's point of view, so she realized that things fought for were not always what they seemed. Even after Abby had been with Owen (because sex is a real heartfelt emotion and it does dominate), she was still overwhelmed by the pangs of conscience. And Abby saw the two kids she wanted to help and later abandoned, died by hanging in her nightmare. And Abby was holding his neck when he woke up in a sweat. Because Abby had never been hanged before, and if it weren't for Yara and Lev, Abby would've been standing outside forever hanging and disemboweled, not next to Owen. And Abby still owed those two kids the favor. And Abby listened to the voice of conscience... Because Abby had caused such devastating events that she was trying to prove to herself that she had a good feeling somewhere inside and that she was a good person. That's why Abby couldn't forget Yara and Lev as she tried to prove she was a good person, choosing to listen to her conscience and thus truly help them.
And it was indeed a great finale. There is also a biblical reference. In the Bible, water symbolizes new life, rebirth, and purification from sins.
The Last Of Us Part II is truly an "emotional roller coaster" masterpiece...

I literally don’t understand why video games aren’t something people should cry over.
People cry reading a really good book or listening to music or watching a movie/tv show so why can’t you over a video game? That is also a legit form of art and entertainment, right?

    • @Zezumii
      @Zezumii 14 дней назад

@@hamiltonv1 Arguably more understandable to cry over a video game because it's so much more interactive than movies, books, anything.. you literally become the character, so if a video game does it right, like TLOU.. it will fuck your shit up lol

First of all, let me talk about the common points of realism and naturalism:
The aim of realism is to examine daily life with an unbiased, scientific attitude and to present literary works with an objective point of view similar to the clinical findings of a scientist. For example, in Gustave Flaubert's novel Madame Bovary and Emile Zola's Nana, the two powerful representatives of realism, sexuality and violence are exposed nakedly if examined under a literary microscope. A strong philosophical determinism underlies the philosophy of realism.
Therefore, fiction is the name of the fragmented and variable formation of the shapeless whole we call living. One can understand this formless exterior only by constructing it. The novel is also a type of fiction, and it is a fiction made with its own genre characteristics as far as it is known and its boundaries can be drawn. From this point of view, Peter Childs draws attention to the fact that the term 'fiction' is an umbrella that covers many different types of mental activities and cultural establishments, and thus a leveled relativism is an anti-positivist and anti-empirical focus of caution. There is an unknown called 'reality' outside, and this reality can only enter the human world with fictions. Since the falsity of something that is fictionalized, it is inherent in the nature of the fiction, the fact that the fictions do not need to be verified is also an aspect of it that is sometimes hard to believe.
Real-life fiction and its realism are created by making characters humane and creating perspectives on them. The Last Of Us Part II masterfully handles the concept of realism. Just like The Last Duel did...
There are also concepts such as the taci event and gender inequality in The Last Duel, and they exist in life.
Realism is created by impartially conveying life as it is. And The Last Of Us Part II does just that.
The Last Of Us Part II, like The Green Knight, has deep, difficult to understand, innovative and artistic perspectives and philosophy that requires a lot of thought.
In other words, The Last Of Us Part II has extremely artistic and philosophical artistic perspectives and a realistic and innovative narrative. You need to think a lot before you speak.
“I'm not upset that you lied to me, I'm upset that from now on I can't believe you.”
    Friedrich Nietzsche
This phrase could describe Ellie's attitude towards Joel because she wanted her immunity to have meaning, to be used for a cure. Ellie thought that with her immunity saving people and losing the people she loved and valued, her guilt, sense of responsibility and heavy burden would disappear. When Ellie was bitten, so did Riley, and she saw her dearest friend get infected right in front of her, but she didn't. Ellie had a sense of survival-guilt because of this. And the fact that Ellie's immunity created a cure was key to her feeling well. And she was right to think so. Ellie was a person who blamed herself for everything because of her immunity, who saw herself as useless and meaningless when she learned that her immunity was useless, and was therefore depressed and sad.
Ellie could give up on her life purpose when she saw giraffes or felt fear and awkwardness before she came to the operating table, or when no one was around. She could give up the things she wanted. She always had this chance, without exception. But she did not betray herself and always advanced her own purpose and her own vision of life and did not abandon her purpose, her vision of life.
Joel betrayed her vision of life, her ideas and sole purpose in life, and plunged her life into a void. Joel didn't respect her decision on the one issue in Ellie's life that she felt valued all about. Ellie is stubborn and never gave up on her purpose. Even in the finale of the first game, her life purpose and priority was that her immunity had to serve a purpose.
This quote by Friedrich Nietzsche describes Ellie's psychology and her inner-world in an inclusive way. And indeed, Ellie's character development and character portrayal is very strong and deep. Ellie and the other characters are totally like real people...
The Last Of Us Part II is the game of my life...

This video is *exactly* how I felt about Red Dead Redemption II with Arthur. I’ve been sad about video game characters dying before, but Arthur was the first one I felt like I actually mourned for. He was just so human and real, it made you feel real love for him, you know?
I could never get through The Last of Us because it freaked me out too much (I’m an anxious baby lmao) but damn if I don’t love the main characters. Which is bad because if I’m able to watch a full playthrough one day, it’s going to be just like losing Arthur all over again, isn’t it… 😭

I'm certainly nooooo sadist, but this video was hysterically entertaining to watch due to the perfectly timed cuts and moments with your amazing commentary (intentional? If so, brilliant move). But I once too experienced the exact same pain you're feeling for a whole week after completing the game. It's very difficult to control emotions when you've been awaiting almost 7 years for one of your favorite video game titles along with, if not, two of the best written protagonists to finally released a sequel continuing their story. Just to find out playing that Joel is gruesomely murdered in cold-blood and are forced to undertake on a bloody revenge rampage as Ellie (also through Abby's perspective). Then to reach the ending to be left with nothing but vast emptiness and true loss on everyone's part. Its painfully heart-aching to witness the outcome firsthand on how the story finally unfolds, but on the other hand has taught me to live life without further regrets and negativity that will otherwise drag you to the early grave. Although Part 2 received huge backlash and controversy, it will always hold a special place in my heart (the good and even the ugly) and I will forget their tragic experiences. So I thank you for this video and do apologize for my rude behavior... that I can't help, but laugh even hard now :D

LMAO no need to apologize! editing this video was hilarious for me too, seeing my old reactions-and yes! that commentary is as real as it gets 😭 oh man, the 7 year wait was crazy. i was just as drained as you when i finished this game. i think i felt completely out of it for the rest of the month when i finished, and here i am over a year later still thinking about the game and making videos of it. i agree wholeheartedly: joel and ellie really are the two best characters, and their lessons and experiences will always stay with us (for better or for worse, haha!) this game is a 10/10 in my book but i still think it would have been a masterpiece if they gave you the choice to kill abby in the end, even though i love abby it just feels like it would have quelled a lot of the haters malice, as well as just giving the player some much needed agency in the plot, plus it would be interesting to see a good end vs bad end scenario. it would have made total sense based on the games' divisive nature

How did you interpret Ellie sparing Abby at the end , after seeing Joel in her mind ? Interested to see your perspective on this pivotal moment
    Love ur vids 🤗

    • @HeySorz
      @HeySorz  3 года назад +12

Thanks Dylan! I remember playing this segment for the first time and I was completely stressed out. I was thinking, "Dude, Ellie. We gotta stop this. This isn't you" and I was terrified that Ellie was going to kill Abby and I was terrified of the kind of person that she'd be afterward, knowing that she can't go back. Then when Joel came up, and seeing him playing the guitar for just a fraction of a second--boy that really got to me (as you can see in the video, LOL!) It was just so cathartic. The memory isn't traumatic, it's just peaceful. It's about that time they had together at the porch. To me, the memory of Joel brought Ellie back, and it made her realize that what she was doing--hunting Abby down, killing her--wasn't worth it at all.
So that's how I saw it! What about yourself? :D

@@HeySorz Wow thanks for such thoughtful comment. I remember watching your vid with Ellie & Joel annoying each other , back then it was a small vid with 1.7k views but It helped me so much get over the sadness of finishing that game because I was really sad and empty . So seeing someone finally putting positive content of last of us 2 instead of trashing it , that really made me happy ! Thank you for that ! ❤️
For me , and I'll try to keep it short because you could write a whole essay , the ending is the final dilemma Ellie has been in conflict with. She loathes herself for the time lost with Joel , she regrets the time wasted while Joel was there and the whole game she believes killing all these people and killing Abby can make things right . Ellie couldn't reconnect in life so she tries to reconnect with him in death. And she fails miserably because she fails to understand that to be able to heal from grief , is by not destroying yourself but by forgiving . She hates herself for what she did to Joel and sacrifices her humanity in a meaningless violent quest. Sparing Abby is the ultimate sacrifice but it's the ultimate choice , because to forgive Joel and to forgive herself she must has to let go of Abby. Because that one night she made a promise . " The promises at sundown I meant them like the rest" . Abandoning the destructive obsession was the first step to healing. Hence why the flashbacks are here to contrast the main game . They're filled with love and regrets ( forgive ) while the game is filled with violence and darkness ( obsessive hatred ) imo.
In the end she understood change had to come from the inside and not the outside. Hence why the trophy for completing the game is called " what I had to do " .
Sorry it was a Little long but this game is too beautiful 😭

    • @HeySorz

@@dylana.9057 That's a beautiful analysis! Thank you so much for sharing that with me, pal. I agree completely! Ellie thinks hunting down the Salt Lake Crew will make up for all those moments she hurt Joel and pushed him away, for that lost time like you said, but it's right there at the end when she realizes that to heal she has to let go and forgive. It's such a heartbreaking realization and the journey was full of pain, but I'm so glad Ellie was finally able to process what she went through. Both she and Abby have let go. Now they can get on the road to healing.
Thanks so much again Dylan for sharing! I really appreciate that you've been here with me for a while now! If I'm being honest, I made that Joel and Ellie video to make myself feel better too, LMAO! The game was just SO SAD and I needed to make my own therapy vids if no one else was going to 😭 I never expected the video to blow up, but I'm so happy that I got to share that positivity with others, and I'm very glad that it makes me have such thoughtful discussions like this! So again, thanks so much Dylan! I know I meme and shitpost a lot, but the fact that we can share to each other how much TLOU means to us is so, so awesome 💜

@@HeySorz " now they can get on the road to healing" absolutely ! So I was so sad to hear Ashley Johnson didn't see a lot of hope in that ending. It was such a hopeful ending for both of them . The thing that really hit me about that game was how raw and real her trauma is. Usually it feels fake in fiction but here she's just like a real person. She's obsessing on gross detail like his bloody face with dead open eyes and she remembers his horrible screams. That's what made it a masterpiece to me . It's real real stuff. I'm glad she forgot all that horror and remembers the man on the porch singing and playing guitar.
Being here since the first hours was amazing. I was shocked when I saw it at 1 million views . I remember posting " this vid needs more views " lmao 🤣🤣🤣. I'm happy it worked out so well . Please continue posting . Love u 🤗

Only idiots and dead people can't generate ideas. Generating ideas occurs with change and development...

The Last Of Us Part II made me understand, think and care about life, ideas, perspectives, feelings, decisions.

I believe in my own thoughts and feelings and I love them.
People are different. That's why pissing race is just bullshit! There are works that I love, in which I put my heart and brain. There are also things I don't like (for example, rdr2 isn’t so good and I don’t like rdr2!)!

    Best Masterpieces For Me...
But you are just talking, “just talking”...
    There is no sense...
All you do is stay out of differing opinions. No matter what people say, the perspective you've built will remain the same because your ideas are hardened and your perspective on difference looks like a ray of light coming in through a small hole in the cave...
And fanaticism also changes depending on where it is viewed, I am stating my opinion here rather than fanaticism! You can't come and judge me with fanaticism, because you can take the side of the loved or the unloved. In other words, negative emotions can also be fanaticized, and I think this makes a person "hater".
At the end of the day, they don't really matter. The key is tolerance.
As Victor Hugo said: “Toleration is the best religion.”...
Abby and the empathy generated is powerful because you are not forced to empathize. Empathy awaits! It is up to you whether to build a bridge of empathy or not. And not having empathy doesn't mean blaming others or not having empathetic concepts around! Maybe you are wrong and missing and you need to criticize yourself so you can understand what empathy is!
Tons of incredible the foreshadowing, tons of the philosophical and metaphorical references (Biblical philosophy, semantic philosophy of the word moth, the meanings of the creatures in Ellie's tattoo, incredibly rich spatial and environmental designs, philosophy of ethics, secular humanism, moral relativism, utilitarianism) and tons of the incredible storytelling. .
Instead of understanding these or at least "trying to understand", Although there is no mistake in the narration, it is extremely wrong and absurd for you to act as if there is a mistake in the explanation without reasoning. In this way, you gather only the fools and haters around you, as your goal is to create such a mass of people!
But you can't sell these fake things to everyone!
Because I got a lot of ideas, feelings and perspectives about The Last Of Us Part II, and there are people like me, people who use their minds... Also, The Last Of Us Part II makes another very good reference through Joel. In this reference, Joel and Ellie talk about a movie series (Dawn Of The Wolf) and it is told that the sequel was not liked by everyone and caused controversy. Naughty Dog even refers to himself. Naughty Dog handles moral relativism very well, because the Naughty Dog team criticizes themselves and explains that they, like the whole world, are made up of wrong and right... There are also tons of great references.
The Last Of Us Part II is for me the ultimate work of the eighth generation and will always remain in my heart and my mind...

Ellie: *kills hundreds of people by cutting their throats, burning them alive and turning them into red smudge with EXPLOSIVE ARROWS*
Game: I don't see a problem with this...
Ellie: *tortures someone once by smacking them to death with a pipe*
Game: Don't you see how horrible and evil Ellie has become?! She's losing it!
All the people who like TLOU2 love to go on and on about how realistic it is and how "real" the characters are. They may even argue that the story was well written, structured and grounded. And yet, when we actually use realism on the story and try to analyse it, several things happen:
    1. The Cordyceps fungus, as it functions like a plant, would be gone by Winter. But that's assuming we're being realistic.
    2. Any infected that are without proper heating will have their body parts come off due to the intense cold and frostbite as well as all the other natural elements.
    3. We don't use vaccines to take care of fungi, that's what antibiotics or topical solutions are for. Even if we were to go with game's logic and assume that the vaccine would work somehow, the chances of creating it, in the world and situation that's presented to us, are extremly small, like below 10% if we're charitable and below 5% if we're realistic.
    4. Any self-respecting parent wouldn't let their child get angry at them for saving their life from a bunch of thugs who know nothing about medicine. Ellie is essentialy saying "You ruined my death!" which is just stupid.
    5. Any self-respecting parent would take disciplinary action if their child was acting as much of a little brat as Ellie was and would make sure to set the record straight. Joel had so many ways to explain his actions and he chose none of them.
    6. The idea that Joel or Tommy would "get soft" after living in Jackson for 5+ years is ridiculous. They're living in a time where, at any moment, they can be set upon by monsters of the human and inhuman variety, so their survival instincts would only get more keen. If you were able to build a community in these arduous times, you'd be more battle-hardened and focused on making sure your community and everyone who lives in it are safe 100% of the time.
    7. The idea that Joel or Tommy would be willing to help a random person fight off a zombie horde is ridiculous. Let's not forget that at the beginning of TLOU, Joel demands Tommy not stop on the road to help another family.
    8. Everything Abby does throughout the game makes her unlikable and extremely easy to hate. She brutally tortures a man while his brother lay unconscious nearby and his daughter is forced to watch; she has no qualms about murdering children; she doesn't give a shit that a pregnant woman somehow strong-armed her way onto the frontlines of combat; she takes advantage of and sleeps with an emotionally vulnerable and inebriated man; she murders a father-to-be and takes glee in the thought of murdering a pregnant woman; and she has no sense of loyalty, as she mows down her friends of most likely years for a kid she met literal hours ago. But hey, she loves dogs, is a white woman, and respects the pronouns of Discount Mulan, so that means she's a-okay.
    9. If this game actually gave a shit about choice, Abby and her group of friends would have died at the hands of Joel, Tommy or Ellie from the moment they met Joel.
    10. Abby, as someone who has murdered a lot of Seraphites, has literally no reason to trust Yara or Lev. She wouldn't give a shit about the internal politics of an enemy faction she's been killing in droves.
    11. Pregnant women would be the most protected people in this age, and the idea that Mel is somehow able to go behind Owen's back and go on the frontlines is ridiculous. If this were "realistic," Owen would have fought with Mel and Isaac to make sure Mel doesn't step foot outside of the WLF base.
    12. Ellie not thinking for even a second about having children to spread her immunity is ridiculous. The damn brat is so hung up on wanting to die for the most ridiculous reasons that she didn't consider for one second to breed. And the idea of Joel not asking anyone in Jackson about this, or telling Ellie that her being alive would mean more to him and everyone in Jackson is an insult to the audience's intelligence.
    13. Finally, in a world of limited resources and food, it makes no sense from a realistic standpoint that Abby is as big as she is. As a woman, it is significantly more difficult for her to gain and maintain muscle mass than it would be for a man. It would take her more than a couple years to get that big.
And that's not even the end of it, we could write a book about how the creation of vaccine would have barely any effect on the world and in fact could cause even more deaths... Unless we're just throwing logic out the window.
Every time I see someone say this game's story is well-written, I have to wonder if they're insulting my intelligence. And then I think that these are the exact kind of people Neil Druckman was trying to appeal to: the people who are literally too stupid (I'm sorry but I can't find a word that would fit better) to think about these kinds of things and lack the critical thinking to realize that there is almost nothing (graphics, animations and voice acting are great, but that's about it) redeemable about this game.

“The wounds of conscience always leave a scar.”
      P. Syrus
So how much of a conscientious act is it to go forward? Choosing to rest your conscience will only bring more unrest and destruction. It is more correct and more beneficial to try to forget and try to prevent the loss of conscience-blood rather than revenge...
Unscrupulousness is one of the important factors that increase grudge and hatred. Injustice and unscrupulousness have a great role in the separation, polarization and deterioration of the ties of society.
      I continue with Victor Hugo.
Being good is easy, what is difficult is being just. The most perfect justice is conscience...
“whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster, if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you.”
This quote by Friedrich Nietzsche is a reminder to measure yourself and be aware of your own thoughts.
In other words, you should always criticize yourself when you enter into a "questioning war" because your life and your own feelings always have plans for you. And the "narrative" of "The Last Of Us Part II" handles this with great mastery.
In addition, The Last Of Us Part II's script is deep, philosophical, dark, emotional and thought-provoking.
A masterpiece that has taken the industry so far and set a new bar.
Again, I will continue with a quote from Friedrich Nietzsche:
“When we are unpreparedly (or impromptuly) questioned about a subject, the first thought that comes to our mind is often not our own thought but merely an ordinary thought belonging to our class, position, and ancestry. Self-thoughts rarely surface.”
Time, patience and thinking skills are required for high-level, powerful and philosophical “things” that are actually difficult to understand, difficult to notice. In order to find the real and the essence...
The Last Of Us Part II is a masterpiece on the meaning of life, moral relativism, the philosophy of empathy, self-criticism, the definition of the concept of human, narrative art, the creation of a post-apocalyptic universe (dystopia), the meaning of respect, the meaning of thinking and the transfer of feelings. The Last Of Us Part II is the ultimate masterpiece of the eighth generation. And these concepts require “extremely hard thinking”.
Let me end with a final Nietzsche quote:
“The life of the enemy. Whoever lives for the sake of combating an enemy has an interest in the enemy's staying alive.”
Because maybe that person or that thing is not an enemy. It is only the key that will unlock your own conscience and your own feelings...
We cannot talk about good and evil directly, they are related and relative concepts.
Formulating that existing evil was or was not done by a God does not prevent evil from existing. Evil can be tolerated, guided by the will to live. This endurance will be through art, morality and love. Albert Camus attributes his rejection of God to the existence of evil and its abundant and violent experience by humans. According to him, the question we should ask is: Is there evil in this world? Evil, if any, is incompatible with the idea of God. In a divine order, in a world created and ruled by God, the existence of evil is inconceivable. For example, death is an evil and evil inflicts punishment on us. However, “the one who is right is the one who never kills”. This means that God cannot exist. “Either we are not free, and the almighty God is responsible for evil; or we are free and responsible but God is not omnipotent.
According to philosophers, evil harms the bond between people and the state of being human. In my opinion, kindness builds bridges between people, develops bonds and contributes to being human. Kindness is a joy that includes honor, not arrogance. So the fools and the dead are people who do not feel their conscience, do not understand themselves and become numb with this meaninglessness, this is not true peace,
Good people are actually people who have attained peace of mind and prosperity. Their difficult but constructive and strong-willed behaviors show that they trust their own worth and justice. Because the "thing" that is better than being good is conscientious justice, and this is what real goodness and real good person are.
That’s why The Last Of Us Part II is the most unique and emotional roller coaster masterpiece...
      This is so exciting...
In addition, vaccine treatment studies have been carried out for diseases caused by many different living species in immunology and parasitology. Endoparasites, bacteria, viruses...
The vaccine is used not only for viruses, but for any disease in which antibodies must be produced to destroy their antigens. Antibiotics cannot cure every bacterial, fungal and parasitic disease.
Also, a solution may not have a single route. Some routes can exceptionally come to the same end: platypuses reproduce by laying eggs, but they are mammals, AIDS/HIV is a disease that cannot be treated with vaccines, but the process can be slowed down with antibiotics...
It makes a lot of sense, both scientifically and fictionally, to treat a differentially mutated fungus that settles and spreads in neural locations and invades complex and advanced central systems, with vaccines rather than antibiotics. There are also in-game references that this microorganism, made with Cordyceps mushroom fiction, is a man-made fungus-derived microorganism obtained through laboratory experiments.
      So, you are wrong...

I don't think it's a logical fallacy and the main purpose of the story is to create a philosophical view. Moral Relativism is an idea belonging to the meta-ethical sub-discipline of the ethics department. He argues that "any order" contains more than one moral norm, that is, adopted rules, and therefore it is not "objectively" right or wrong. The Last Of Us Part II, on the other hand, is a masterpiece that adapts this mentality, perhaps, in the entertainment industry in the best way. The two sides of the coin represent concepts that are actually opposite to each other. Saying the other side of the coin can indicate both good and bad, because it is impossible to know good and bad, since there is no objective right and wrong according to "moral relativism". Being impartial and telling things as they are, that is, showing both sides of the coin, is an expression suitable for "moral relativism".
Abby's father is the only doctor with the skills and knowledge to produce the vaccine that will save "humanity", the only human to fix. He is also a loved and respected person in the Fireflies group. Social status does not matter, as there is no "civilized social order" destroyed in this post-apocalyptic universe, but there are some issues, with the exception of health, especially this status change in the post-apocalyptic universe.
Post-apocalyptic fiction tells how survivors and life are shaped after a destruction. It includes a dark and deep atmosphere, a life clad in dark colors and the colors of nature, and people depicted with different shades of gray. It shows nature, man's essence and man's true instincts. There is no civilized social order, official authority, that is, the state, has disappeared, and therefore there is no body of official rules, namely the constitution. Mayhem and chaos reign in this post-apocalyptic universe. In this universe or in this order, people live for themselves. People live each day to live another day. Since there is no order, human security is under threat, and humans act with the instinct to live, and this instinct is at its peak.
As Thomas Hobbes said, “Man is the wolf of man”. Since there is no official authority and no justice in this universe, people maintain their own order with their own ideas and morals. That's why "moral relativism" is evident, and so is the narrative portrayal of man in shades of grey. So objectively there is no right or wrong. In any case, space and time have to serve a narrative or a mentality, otherwise the narrative contradicts itself.
With this way of thinking, shades of gray are created. And expression (the expression here is moral relativism.) does not serve time and space; time and space serve the expression, because you cannot design a fictional space and a fictional time without expression or a mindset.
