“The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.”
      ‭‭2 Peter‬ ‭3:9‬ ‭NIV‬
ROMANS 10:9-11 “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame”
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭11:28‬ ‭
“For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.””
      ‭‭Luke‬ ‭19:10‬ ‭
God wants us to believe in His One and Only Son, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, who died for our sins :D When we truly believe in our hearts that Jesus is the Son of God, who died for our sins so we could have eternal life with God, we are saved from the eternal fire and have eternal life in Christ Jesus!! 💖 May God bless y’all!!

Now in 2020 I'm doubling that time for 10 minutes.

EDIT: 2 MONTHS of this! I feel a lot stronger and are sometimes doing 2 sets per day with 2-3 min rest between the sets. There are days where I rest too (cus my job also requires physical activity) but I've been doing it almost every day at least once for 2 months! I also like to add some more squats and pushups at the end of the workout + lots of stretching. Planning moving towards more abs exercises soon. MUST. GET. FIT.

Beginner: I just wanna tone my body down. It was suggested to do the workout 3x a week but I'm gonna do it at least 5x a week with a rest day every after 2 days.
Day 1: ✔️ Thighs and triceps hurt during the session. Didn't finish some of the workout (squat jumps and push-ups). Had to take a minute rest to catch my breath.
Day 2: ✔️ My thighs and triceps are sore, the reason why, again, had to stop during squat jumps and push-ups (they just gave up for the last 15 seconds or so). I didn't rest this time though, and now felt soreness in my upper ab which I think is good.
Day 3: ➖ Rest day. I feel sore behind my shoulders and in my sides. Thighs and arms were not as bad as day 2.
Day 4: ✔️ Body's still sore but tolerable. I can't keep with his pace so I decided to do it slowly so that I could do the workout properly. Finally completed squat jumps but had to do half push-ups instead cause my arms are still weak.
Day 5: ✔️ I really didn't feel any pain while doing my daily stuff but when I started working out, dang every muscle in body is still sore. I did finish the 5-minute routine, though I still do half push-ups and I also had a couple of jumping jacks and mountain climbers after because I really had a great meal prior and I wanted to at least burn some more fats.
Day 6: ➖ Total rest day. Will let my body breathe.
