I own 3 Muhles, love them all - I think this brand is absolutely worth keeping an eye on. This Terrasport II isn't their most special designs IMO, but still packs a great deal of small details that make it stand out. Please review more Muhles if you can get them, it's always interesting to hear what others think.
Hi Barry, I think that Muhle is a top brand. Axel of Watchmaxe visited them and there are three excellent videos covering just about everything at Muhle, from the company history to production processes. The movements are good, being regulated to between 0 and +8 s/day. I've got a Panova and it's just brilliant, particularly when supplemented with a collection of Natos. Thanks Barry, any time you want to give us a Muhle video you'll have my full attention! Have a good weekend, LG Bob 🍾 🥂
Glad you liked this one Bob I'll check out Axel Of Watchman when I get a chance and if there is ever a watch or model you would really like to see just let me know 👍🏻 PS I've just recorded two Sinn videos today :)
@@ClickSpringReviewThe channel is called Watchmaxe. It's in German but that won't be a problem for you. It seems that Muhle has a fan base here just like Sinn! It's all good Barry. I'm looking forward to the Sinn videos! VG Bob
Love the Terrasport II. A lot of German brands offer variations on the classic Flieger watch but I like what Muhle is doing -- the thinner non-blued hands look a bit dressier, splash of red, color matched date window all make a great combination. Thanks for the review!
Muhle glasshutte make excellent watches. After seeing reviews on their SAR which is a beast of a watch I have a great deal of respect for this brand. Some offerings are a little generic but their tool watches seem to be great
Hi Sir I do agree with the fine regulation but as for shock resistances I'm not so such as without it the arm can move either way but with it it can not , but its still good to have
@@ClickSpringReview This regulator has a specially shaped neck spring that prevents the regulator arm from moving upwards by engaging in a semi- circular recess on the regulator arm. It presses the regulator arm sideways against the fine adjustment screw, and downwards onto the balance cock. According to Mühle this provides a very robust and accurate movement.
Thats interesting, normally the Incabloc is all you need I've never seen or hear of a regulater arm coming off before but I guess you never will with this system 👍🏻
Been looking into this brand and I’ve got to say it’s definitely forging its own path! This one is really nice and I like the accuracy so glad to see it’s across their entire range. I really like their SAR watches as a break from the norm but really taken with their sea timer - stunning looks, proper tool but 55m lug to lug though! Refreshing that their watches are 30atm but designed for use ON and around the sea, not generic diver stuff 👍
I wish to have a type A pilot watch with 3D luminous numerals, heated blue hands, crown guard and no logo or made in Germany. Optional, an inner circle with radius just the length of hour hand. The circle has 12 dots to indicate the hour clearer. Display Case back. Screw down crown. Boxed sapphire crystal At least 100m water resistance. Anti-magnetic will be nice. Date window optional. Then it will be the perfect pilot watch for me.
Fair play maybe the best thing would be to build one yourself, You could talk to some companies in China about this, I'm pretty sure they could sort you out with this
You are probably the only watch reviewer on youtube talking in depth about movements. Please keep it going :)
Cheers Sir, the advantage of being a watchmaker , sometimes I do worry I get to geeky :)
@@ClickSpringReview Not at all :)

Ok I'll have to review some more 👍🏻
Bought a SAR in 2006. Still one of my favourite watches😀 A true tool watch
I'm going to start looking more into them 👍🏻

Hi Barry, I have a few Mühle in my collection. Beautiful watches, and underrated. Thanks for the video!
Anytime Sir I've another coming soon

Glad to hear you enjoyed it Sir, You don't see many Muhle reviews so I may start doing some more

I will try and review more in the future matey
The Woodpecker neck regulator not only provides fine regulation of the movement but also provides additional shock resistance

They definitely do things their own way which is always refreshing, I have a feeling I'll be reviewing many more models from them matey
Great to see another Mühle!! There’s only a few reviews in English so one from you is a treat!
Cheers
Sounds like I need to start reviewing more then 👍🏻
Reminds me of my Laco Flieger Pro, which is definitely no bad thing 👌
Maybe that would be a good comparison video 🤔👍🏻

What is it with Flieger watches and the chicken head at 12 o'clock?
It was designed like that so the pilot could distinguish 12 more quickly Sir
They give me a confident sense .
Its a quality watch thats for sure
Show us the Mühle divers 😍
Its a going to happen 👍🏻
Great review…just wanted to correct the pronounciation of Mühle. Phonetically it’s said mew-la.
Cheers Sir I'll remember that for next time
It's pronounced /ˈmyːlə/, does not contain the - ew sound.
The umlaut makes a "u" sound "y"
Your pronunciation is an americanized version.
“Mühle” is two syllables, “Müh-le”. If you’re interested in pronouncing the ü correctly, try saying “ooo” (like in “tool”) and “eee” at the same time.
stowa flieger
Do you mean you prefer the a Stowa over this model ?
once again a nice watch ruined by a see through cashback what a wasted watch
You may say that but many people like myself love to see a display case-back, even more so with a brand like Mühle which have modified movements.
