    This looks absolutely amazing, only had to go through 20 different videos to actually see someone put a "grilled cauliflower steak" on a grill. I feel more confident now, glad I stumbled upon your channel. Please make more plant base recipes, love your technique and style. :)

    Cauliflower is also very KETO. You could put that in the description and you might get more searches. Your videos just keep on getting better.

    Nice meatless cook, lots of people are replacing some traditional meals with healthier options like these. Thanks for the variety, I bet the bread crumbs added nice texture also.

    Another great production Steve.
    I really like cauliflower in all shapes and forms.
    I like it way better as a side than rice for sure!

      When you can work with vegetable in an appropriate way, they can be every bit as delicious as meat! I love trying to see how to use vegetables as a star without thinking about it as “vegetarian”

    Cauliflower never looked better! I’m so trying grilling it (as soon as this torrential downpour is over)… and kudos on handling that chili with bare hands, you’re brave 😁

    Nice one brother from the plant based eaters. It’s officially winter and 5 degrees. Going to cover up with fifteen layers of clothing, fire up the Weber and give this a go tonight for the girls.

      Good man! You can also do the same technique in a pan and then just pop them in an oven to cook them through!

    NICE!! Sorry 'bout the drone mishap... but, good to know it's okay. It was pretty cool to show the contrast between cooking indoors & outdoors... in the same show! The vibe was very comfortable and natural... and didn't become "uptight" or "formal" after you took it back to the kitchen...great job with that! BTW, I have another book, similar to the other two I sent you but, it caters more toward vegetarian diets (not all the way vegan, though). If you'd be interested, I could send that over to you, too. I held back on it not knowing that you also do veg dishes. But, after this post, I know better... ha, ha, ha! But, lemmeknow...

      You know what, I really enjoyed the flavor bible, so many if you want get it off your hands, I'll take it! Need as much inspiration as I can get to keep things interesting but still simple.

      @allwaysgrowingvlogs5539 6 лет назад

      AWESOME!! Glad you liked the bible, man. Don't know if you noticed but, at the end of many of the entries, it has recommended combos using only a few ingredients. That's right up your alley!!
      This book's called, "The Vegetarian Flavor Bible" and it's by Karen Page, one of the authors of the other two books. I'll pop it into the mail and you should get it by the end of next week (by 6.9.18).
      By the way, random question,... Do you ever shop at Whole Foods?

    • @NOTANOTHERCOOKINGSHOW
      @NOTANOTHERCOOKINGSHOW  6 лет назад +1

      Awesome! And yes, I do, but only for particular things. Not a believer in one stop shopping or shopping for the week.
