I like to add more water to the dough to a consistency of pancake batter🥞. They come out a bit thinner, but of course, it's according to taste. I also like to add nutritional yeast seasoning, Tajin, or Himalayan salt for healthier torts. I like it when they fluff up.🌮
Hi! It sure is silly that we don't use grams or ounces in the US! But, realistically, my audience is from the US and the two brands of cassava flour this has been tested with are US-based brands. The weight can also vary based on the brand. I just Googled it for you though and here is what Google says: "A cup of cassava flour (285 grams)." I am definitely in the process of using weighted measurements for my recipes...but it is easier for some recipes than for others. 👍 Hopefully we'll get there!

Thanks for sharing these tips! I guess that would be a bit more like a crepe-style wrap. I'll have to try it!
Hi. Thank you so much for your great recipes. Love that they are gluten free. I would love to see more stirfrys! Thsnks❤
Thank you!! I appreciate the suggestion - I will keep that in mind. 🙂
This was very helpful thank you! ❤

Easiest recipe so far
So glad to hear that! I love these tortillas myself - and if you use Thrive or Otto's cassava flour it works perfectly every time!
ok but what are the grams? seriously working with "cups" does not work, it is not how we work in Europe
