- Bissell Little Green machine review and how to use Bissell Little Green Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Machine. Try this little green machine if you want an easy and cheap way to clean your dirty upholstery chairs, sofas, and for carpet spot cleaning. It works on indoor and outdoor furniture. I've owned a commercial cleaning business for over 20 years and I give you my opinion of this Bissell Little Green Machine. This Bissell 1400 is a spot cleaner used for carpet spot cleaning and upholstery. It is a little portable machine. I purchased the Bissell multi-purpose portable carpet and upholstery cleaner. Watch to see if it this little spot cleaner does the job of the big commercial machines! I tested it on outdoor cushions, indoor carpet, a bench, and an upholstered chair.

The machine still gets the job done, but it’s an older model (purple) that I haven’t used in a few years, and I have to think debris build up will eventually impede flow. Kind of crazy they didn’t design a way to clean it out. Thanks for responding 🖖🏻
