Cool conversion, but I don't know that I would agree that everyone has their own space. The kids each have their own bed but no privacy. Mom sleeps with husband on the dinette, she cooks in the same room and he works in that room. I don't know if they share homeschooling or if mom is responsible for that. He could be the one doing it but that would be the exception to most arrangements. You can't hide in a bathroom that is shared by 6 people. Maybe it really DOES work for them but I can't help but feel like someone will snap. Frankly, I am old and like my space. Maybe I would have loved it when my kids were young. My oldest was a grumbler and complained during trips so I am sure THAT has colored my vision. Don't know and no need to project my experience on them. I will admit that I would love it with my grandkids. Until they start to bicker. I would probably build the bunks in individual boxes so they could close curtains, have chargers, lights and a space to put their 'stuff'. My negative attitude aside, the conversion is great!

Renovation looks amazing.. 😍 We don’t really see Airstreams in Europe (maybe there are some here, I’ve just never seen them). I am starting a video series for people who (like me) haven’t figured out yet how they can do van life/Tiny living and how to go through the whole process. Feel free to watch the first video on my channel! Hopefully one day I’ll be able to match this awesome renovation (who knows, with an Airstream in Europe!!).

As a solo Senior, on Social Security, travel isn't a high priority, though I do want to see some thing I've missed.
What was the approximate cost for your purchase & retro-fitting? If you don't mind my asking. :-) I'm doing cost estimates on several different options like RV's, Tiny homes, 5th wheels, travel trailers, etc.
Any info you can share is greatly appreciated.

Too dark
Even after watching the entire video, I have no idea where anything is in the trailer. Please do what Living Big in a Tiny House does: go through the space methodically, from one end to the other. Your videos are very confusing.
So do you park anywhere long enough for your kids to actually have a social life with friends? What's the plan as they get older and need their own space? You're already depriving them of a lot that kids need to develop correctly, I suspect you'll force them to deal with a compromised living area long past a healthy point.
Interesting build, but clearly what the parents want, not something good for the family.
