    Can You create hypermetabolism by increasing Or is it different for everyone If it occurs or not? (Like genetics)

    I have this,It's very frustrating I'm eating 4000kcal and not gaining weight.

      @@Nina-dk1sb I ended up relapsing, I am a week into my 4th & hopefully my last attempt at recovery and I'm experiencing it again at 4000kcal+. I think the only way to get through it is to increase the amount way above until it subsides.

      eating 4000 cals one day wont change anything you need to do it regularly

    For me I wasn't told how much I ate in inpatient but I was on bedrest and ate around 3000-3500 although gradually built up but I practically gained half a kg a day lol so I guess not everybody gets it?

      Was that of fat or did the weight gain slow down

      not all of that would have been pure fat tissue tho lol
