my parents took us there in the 60s i was probably 9 years old ! we was french but we learned english at a young age since the town we lived in was as much english than french ! so anyway i still have good memories of that awesome western day ! Montreal wasn t that far ! maybe 2 hours drive ! i m 66 years old now ! LoL 🤠
I probably saw you there... Lol... those were the days. I love how visitors were just freely milling around, not confined or restricted at all. If that was today, everything would be roped off and partitioned... you wouldn't be able to get close enough to see a thing. God forbid a horse kicked dust up and it got in your eyes. Lol
i was there in the early 90's as a very young boy and it was the same ! bad guys came up to our train ride on horseback and asked for all the candy lol. quite sad to see what happened of this place.
Dad drove us there in the early 60's, but it was just our family of 5 and a family of 4, so the guy in charge gave us a refund and told us it wasn't worth it to stay open for just nine people... ☹
I was there in 1958 at 8 years old and this video is an excellent recap of what Frontier Town was all about.

I was there in the Summer of ‘63 when I was 3 years old. Still have my Frontier Town sheriff’s badge! Thanks for posting!

I worked there in the summer of 1969 as an Indian on the stage coach trail. The three owners were great to work for. Memorable experience.
