Ty so much!! This is the best tutorial for this stitch
Thank you for saying so!
Thank you, I finally get it❣️ -you started from the foundation chain
🕊️God bless you and yours❣️

Excellent video. It is fiddle but you’re right, it does get easy after just a few rows. Thanks for the encouragement!
It does take some adjusting and patience go get used to, but it's well worth it!!!
To me, when working the back leg side, its easier to hold the work vertically and stitch from the top down. It's just easier than flipping it over. So for right handed anyway, working from the right to left, I hold it vertically with the right side at the top so the back side is facing me and work my way down.
thank you for starting from the foundation chain. i'll come back and try later.
TY 💖😊🎍🎁🎅🎀🎄 HAPPY HOLIDAYS
Thank you! Was struggling in the round doing this and you cleared it right up :)
Oh I'm glad!
Awesome pattern just one question what kind of crochet hooks/needle are you using?
I believe that's a Susan Bates brand one?
Uhm...did I miss something? Isn't in the round to start with the foundation chain or 1st row? Change title please & remove in the round.
She does work the stitch she just doesn’t show you how to start it. And in the round means you start with the number of stitches you need then slip stitch in the first chain to made to form a ring which is what she didn’t show.
This terrifies me😮
One stitch at a time!
Just keep rewinding❣️ -if at first you don’t succeed, try, try again 😊
I found this after another video that nearly broke me. Just take it slow. Pull out as need be. I have viewed some other videos as many as (5x), and come back on different days until I got it. Don’t give up, it’s worth the effort❣️
🕊️God bless us all❣️

It's literally called "reverse single crochet" when she is working on the wrong side & calling it 'backwards'.
Reverse single crochet is actually a totally separate stitch (known as "crab stitch"). My tech editor advised on not calling it that and causing confusion!
@@fiberandfox Well I realize you aren't doing that exact stitch. You are modifying it slightly by going into the left leg of prior stitch 1st to get the herringbone effect. That's all I was trying to point out - so that others can understand that & so I should have said all that in my 1st post.
Reverse single crochet (aka crab stitch) is not worked by inserting the hook from the back.
