My husband and married at 20 and 21 in our last year of college after we got pregnant, after living together before we were married… right at the start of Facebook/social media in 2000… we have quite literally committed nearly every single one of these marriage destroyers. Nearly divorced at 7 years, had affairs, separated for nearly a year, suffered from porn addiction, and countless other negative effects. However we finally got to a breaking point and managed to humble ourselves enough to hear our spouse’s pain… empathy and love brought what was dead and decaying back to vibrant and joyful life. We have truly found each other again, relegated all these negatives to the past and are enjoying our second honeymoon well into our third decade of marriage. Its only been about 6 years now since we walked away from our poor choices and self centeredness and walked into our brand new marriage. Its never too late to cut the cord ❤

He wins for mentioning giving unexpected gifts at unexpected times. Those would be game changers.

Don't have Instagram or Twitter or Facebook. Social media would interfere with spending time with my spouse

But without social media, who would like all of the nice things that I do for my wife?

@@PraymoreMinistries I'm trying to be sarcastic because of course my wife would be the one to like the nice things that I do for her. Perhaps I wasn't outrageous enough for that to be clear?

What do women get when they complain about harshness? Well the capability to tone-police you. If the man is right, they can reject it, because he told facts and they couldn’t handle the truth. Everybody has to cater to their „feelings“.
