Loved it! Best part of my week. You just killed it in the decorating department as I knew you would. This is just so inspiring! I love the room if requirement idea. I wish I had room to make one, but I make do with foldable foam core rooms (not that I’ve really taken many doll pictures this year).
Aww, this comment made my day! And I love foldable foam core rooms - they're affordable, easy to move, a great solution for small spaces, and they look great!
Lwow I would love to do something like you have! But my family has a fit about my wanting to keep getting dolls! I would love to have the room to set doll houses up! 36:55
imagine being the kids who won the lottery of having two moms with an insane american girl doll collection.... i genuinely cant stress how dope your home life must be... literally a wonderland .... hopefully one day in the distant future ill be in the same spot, honestly a huge inspiration and makes me feel excited about what adult family life can be like
Aww, this comment made my day!! We're tired mommas a lot of the time and she has ENDLESS energy so sometimes I think she's underwhelmed by us lmao, but yeah...it's a good life :-)
Oh my gosh the bud light and the dirty laundry so funny I love it so much! You really have such a nice eye for interior decor, the nursery and the run down apartment were my favs, but every room has something special about it 💕
Thank you - I'm loving how much ppl appreciate my idea to make a little first apartment. It makes my creativity feel really appreciated :-) - Glad you enjoyed the tour!
Absolutely gorgeous!! Your cost savings and hard work was all worth it. Your execution was flawless and totally doable. You will be inspiring to many dolly friends in the community. Your channel has been sooo therapeutic and encouraging for me. Thanks for sharing your suggestions and ideas! I am looking forward to seeing you transform the neutral space.
Thank you SO MUCH - how kind of you. It means a lot because I DO realize that collecting these dolls is a luxury but I also want to show people just how much you can do if you're willing to bargain hunt, get creative, and put in some sweat equity. And I hope it *does* inspire people, as so many dollhouse tour videos have inspired me.
Your downstairs turned out BEAUTIFULLY! You did SUCH a great job! I'm so impressed by the way you really maximized your space. It must feel so good to be able to really SEE more of your collection rather than having to keep things tucked away for a majority of the time. (And uuuuugh, now I want a little mini dollhouse too... except I just gave my partner the last remaining space in my doll room/personal library for his Lego workspace...)
It DOES feel great to be able to see and appreciate the things displayed like they would be in Easton. I can practically hear, "Now THAT'S what we're talkin about!!" when I go down there. Also, next time I'm over I'm going to be looking at your space with a very "where could a doll room fit?" lens lol.
Thanks - it's mainly in certain angles. But in the past whenever I'd try to take pictures in that room I'd inevitably catch the glare the imperfections produced when using a ring light or "spot light" so I'm glad at least now it's part of the story!
Just wow!! You never cease to amaze me with your creativity and crafting abilities. Really nice job! It must have been such hard work. I’m impressed by how quickly you got so much completed. I’ve been working on my spaces since 2019 and they’re still not done. I love the height of your rooms and how spacious they are. Silly me forgot about the actual dolls being in my doll rooms and kind of planned them based on the measurements of the furniture pieces and other objects being placed into them. Imagine my dismay when I went to put the dolls in their rooms and realized they kind of conceal the items in each room or can’t actually sit upright in the top bunk. I’m happy with my spaces though and know I’m really lucky to have them. They are also still a work in progress since I have no focus and get distracted from tasks that a normal person would have completed by now. ;) I totally adore your 80s and 90s rooms and I can’t wait until I decorate the actual walls of those 2 rooms in my dollhouse. Again, you did such a great job! P.S. I also was inspired by the dollhouses shown on the 3 channels you mentioned and watched them repeatedly.
Sometimes you and I are opposites. I think distraction and "perfection paralysis" are challenges for you and I have ZERO perfection paralysis most of the time (and though we both have little ones who occupy our waking hours, I can get hyperfocused and use all of my daughter's sleeping hours on one project until it's done). I think your rooms are a good height and I really love your space. When the big kiddos are back in school, I'd love to come see it again!
@@agtakesover that’s a good way to put it, perfection paralysis. I think I’ve been that way most of my life. Being easily distracted has increased with age though. It would be nice to have you over again. Maybe this time I’ll actually have Maryellen’s airstream trailer finally out :).
Awesome doll spaces 👏 🤩 You have shown such creativity and detail in each space and also as a whole collection. Love this tour!! Thanks for taking the time to share this with the community 😀
Thank you so much! Since this is about as much of the house as I want to dedicate to doll stuff, can I now just go around to other people's homes and work on their doll houses? 🤣That would be so fun!!
I agree with you 1000% that there aren’t that many polished nice looking doll houses on RUclips ! My favorite would have to be the last doll house you showed the kitchen & living room 👏🏼 love the functionality of the removable door & windows, like you said it doesn’t obstruct furniture or limit positioning them how you’d like. This was so fun to watch
I'm so glad you liked it! I don't know if you saw the spring tour of that dollhouse, but it gives you a chance to see the furniture, door, etc moved around in that same space. ruclips.net/video/4y2uM2AEV_A/видео.html
Oh, WOW!!! Kristie, this is PHENOMENAL! You really did a fantastic job fixing up your basement and turning it into AG awesomeness. I'm in the process of revamping my own AG room, and I got lots of great ideas from this video. You and Grace have some truly amazing dolls and big ticket items, so fun to see everything!!! ❤❤❤❤
I TOTALLY agree about consuming dollhouse tours and never having enough! I am getting an ikea pax shelf at the end of the month to be my first little(relatively lol) dollhouse and I am so excited
Wow. What a super job you did. The basement is an amazing space. I'd love a big, open room like that. "Curl'd by Us" is brilliant! I don't know why people hate Logan's hands. I love them and wish all the dolls had them so they could hold stuff.
THANKS! High praise coming from you, as I always love your doll scenes. And it's totally validating that ppl seem to like Curl'd by Us as much as I do! Logan's hands don't bother me at all. Neither do Tenney's. To each their own, I guess. I am good with the variety :-)
Thank you for sharing your dollhouses. It is clear the amount of creative energy and thought you put in to this lovely world for your lucky dolls! Such fun and so inspiring.
Thank you so much! I really do need creative outlets and I'm a person who thrives on a sense of accomplishment so seeing doll projects come together is doubly rewarding.
This is the coolest! I used to love AG dolls as a kid… my favorite part was their tiny bedrooms. Now that I’m older I collect BJDs. Someday I’d love to have a massive miniature world like this, and give my child self what I always wanted!
My worry about basement doll rooms is flooding. I’ve never had a basement, but I see the horror stories all of the time. I hope you never have to deal with that as your basement doll room is beautiful. I’d never want to leave!
We built our house. During the first year, there was a tiny bit of "seeping" along two of the seams in the poured concrete basement. So at the one-year walk-through (standard for a lot of new builds) we had them seal those seams. Then we waited a few more years to make sure there was no additional humidity or leaking. Bone dry. Given where we're located and the newness of the home, I don't anticipate any flooding. Anything is possible, though. In an absolute worst case scenario, we'd be grateful for our homeowner's insurance.
How fun! Those train tables are a great idea for displaying scenes. The little first apartment is hilarious. The laundry and the beer!! I am glad you did put out Corinne’s chalet. These large items take up a lot of space! I would be interested to see how much living space is left over for the humans in your house! Thank you so much for doing a wide view of the houses. It puts it more into perspective. 😊Thanks for sharing and for all your hard work and great ideas. 😃👍
Plenty of space left over for the humans ;-) The house is about 2,500 sq. ft. without including the basement. The doll room on the second floor doubles as my work space so it's not keeping that room from functioning as it would otherwise, the toddler's dollhouse in the living room is just next to the entertainment center and if it weren't that it would be some other toy lol. And the new space in the basement takes up a little under a third of the basement. So the footprint the dolls take up leaves plenty of space for us...but constantly working to keep their belongings organized in that tiny office/dollroom upstairs? THAT is my biggest challenge.
I love the mat cut out in front of the toilet, towel holder, LOVE your channel on the TV!, ah the beer lol, I almost bought the Bratz dolls too! I love everything you did - definitely going to be fun! I like the flex room and I have a couple. Loved this video 🥰
Ah, thanks so much! That TV came from the Bullseye section at Target and it's so easy to slip your phone in. And I knew you could appreciate some of the DIY stuff like the towel holder :-) Grace got the Bratz dolls. They apparently didn't come out until 2001, but that's okay - it's still within their "historical era" lol. Thanks again for sharing about the Bud Light ornament!
I love your “Not me” texts 😂 “Curled by Us” is amazing and you should be eternally proud of it!! I love all your rooms so much but I think my favorite is the college dorm room!! “Are you even 21??!!!” 🤣🤣🤣🤣
THANK YOU!! Look, I am my own entertainment on a daily basis and I was over here thoroughly amused by my own cleverness, but it feels even nicer that others appreciated it ;-)
I loved your video. I’m 55 years old and plan to buy Kit as my first American girl doll soon. I’m mostly interested in the fashion. You put a lot of work and detail into your project.
Thanks! I love their room. And I'm so glad we didn't get their beds because two beds in there wouldn't have given us as much room for the rest of the fun stuff!
Oh my goodness!! Your doll spaces and houses are wonderful. I love how you transformed your basement and that your daughter has her own house where she can play! Also, the twins 90s room looks very similar to my childhood bedroom lol. Great job with all the displays!
Thank you so much!! My toddler has recently started getting more into Wellie Wishers (which is great, because over the past few years we've bought a lot of used WW stuff and squirreled it away in the basement so we can give her Wellie gifts periodically). A few ears ago I'd bought the WW Playhouse (which AG since replaced with a castle) and it's been hiding in the basement because we didn't want to give it to her until/unless she was really into the dolls and would appreciate it. We recently decided that time had come. Last night while Grace was cooking dinner, I snuck it into her room and set it up. We all went to her room after dinner and her reaction was THE BEST. I won't share it on agtube because it shows her and she is too young to give informed consent about that kind of thing, but it was so stinking adorable and I'm glad Grace was able to film her delighted squeals and happy dance! Doll spaces really are magical :-)
I really enjoyed this. I laughed out loud at the Bud Light! Just yesterday I cut the end off a pipette and immediately thought it looked like a doll size beer bong.
Lol. I bet it *does* look like a beer bong. If Hallmark ornaments weren't so expensive I'd get more of them for the dollhouse because they had a Nintendo console that would work for Courtney's room a few years back and they came out with another Nintendo console recently.
Awesome tour! Thank you for sharing all of your wonderfully creative spaces. How fun to have dollhouses on 3 levels of your home! They are wonderfully displayed…and I think the basement is my favorite! 😊🎉
Thank you - my daughter and wife and I watched your tour video the other night and I told them you and I were in a mutual appreciation club over our doll spaces lol ;-)
@@agtakesover we are in the mutual appreciation club! 😂 I’ll have to remember that phrase for the future. It’s encouraging to know when people appreciate your work 💕 I sure appreciate yours😊
I have fallen down an AGtube hole the past week and I am really enjoying your videos. Your Claudie has me seriously contemplating buying my 40 yr old self a doll for Christmas.
I absolutely love this! All the videos I normally watch are of course older videos and kind of like you the house videos got me more into my American girls I had already been given as a kid, but I can never find American house tours that are newer or what I’m looking for. 💕
I'm so glad you enjoyed it! I make a few changes every few months, so I typically will do these massive tour updates a few times a year to show the updates. There's a whole "dollhouse tour" playlist on my channel if you want to see more. Thanks for watching!
Simply beautiful. I'm glad somebody loves dolls as much as me. And I thought you did a great job. And I would like to know how you built the pool. Keep finding your joy. That's the most important thing in this world
I scored an empty Lea house recently as well and have had a blast decorating it my way. It’s so fun! You have so many great pieces! I love your dollhouses and rooms. I’m also a sucker for a good doll room tour, although I watch them all - even the cardboard furniture dollhouses. I love seeing people’s creativity!
Same!! Same on all accounts actually - furnishing Lea's hut on your own is a blast, and I will watch almost any dollhouse tour and focus on whatever strength the video/creator/house brings to the table :-)
That's what I wanna do with the 90's doll room, too!!!! I have a mini Hey Arnold figure that woukd go great, too. I love whay you guys have done with all the pieces. :)
Ooh, a Hey Arnold figure would be great! And yes - doing this singlehandedly has been a lot of work, but I'm so proud of the results. I just look around and think, "I did that!!"
Everything looks amazing! Thank you for sharing all your dollhouses with us. I am now so motivated to start work on updating my dollhouse. Right now it is all painted white but I have been wanting to update each room with flooring, walls, lights and decor. I had to wait til my granddaughter moved out of my doll room (which she finally did) and now that summer is coming to an end I should have more free time to work on my dollhouse and your video has given me so much motivation and energy to do it!! ❤❤
Oh, I'm so excited to hear this! Make sure you take "before" pictures, and I would love to see before and after photos (you can always email me at agtakesover@gmail.com) :-)
As always an awesome video. I think you should have even more doll houses. I have twelve rooms but need more. Your houses are wonderful. I love that your little girl has a house of her own. ❤ Thank you for sharing.😊
I think the new basement space is going to suit our needs for a long time. I'm enjoying having it all to myself for now, but when the time comes and my little one is introduced to it, that's going to be a whole different kind of fun 🙂
Thank you so much! I do love my dollhouses. I actually JUST finished a big undertaking in the basement room and will be filming a video about it soon:)
absolutely amazing!!! also hearing that you and your wife both love the dolls opened up doors in my mind i didnt even think was possible for some reason! as a young lesbian im very happy and inspired by your creativity and channel!! thank you so much i wish for something like this in my future too
Thank you. My wife and I are absolutely lucky to have each other, but I know our situation isn't completely unique - I see no reason why you couldn't have a partner who shares in your love of dolls in the future. I hope you're able to find exactly that - someone who accepts all of you and supports your hobbies and is maybe just as into dolls as you are :-)
Such beautiful dollhouses! All rooms are so adorable! Very creative and I’m sure it was a lot of work but fun! I have one unit I put my 5 dolls in. They just sit on a table and chair set and have dessert all day lol. I see some good ideas that I can do to decorate my shelves more! Thank you for a fun video and tour ❤
I LOVE LOVE LOOOOVED this video! You put so much work and love into creating this spaces and it was so fun to watch and listen to you talk about it. If we make a doll house, it would be a shared space with my daughters which is exciting but also a bit daunting. I love how your little one has a doll house that she has access to, but you and Grace have your own sacred spaces, too! The nursery is so sweet and makes me want to get little bitty baby! 😍
Thank you so much!! I love sharing our upstairs dollhouse with our little one. It's an absolute luxury having three different spaces- Mommas', hers, and everyone's. But if I had to pick just one, I think I'd pick the one we share. I hope you feel the same way about the dollhouse you create?
@@agtakesover Oh yes, a large part of my joy in collecting right now is sharing with my two daughters. My youngest is two though, so she moves straight to destroying spaces, whereas my four year old is more in the decorating stage.
Thank you so much. Compliments about my speaking voice are among my favorite compliments (because that's something that matters a lot to me when I watch others' videos).
Right now I put the OG diner that I remade as a Starbucks in there. But I did get the OG doctor exam table set because I thought it would be fun to have a doctor office there at some point. It'll be a lot of fun.
Great job on your doll spaces! I'm tickled by the idea that your little one has no idea about your basement setup! Does she never go downstairs? If she manages to sneak down there someday, she's going to be in for the surprise of her childhood! I would love to see a follow-up video about how you store and organize your doll clothes and accessories. I'm always interested in seeing how different people go about it.
These little one does not go down in the basement. What she knows of it: momma grace's sewing machine is down there, some toys and other things are stored down there, and the stinky cat boxes are down there. The latter is a big deterrent. Also, here's a link to a video I did about my storage approach: ruclips.net/video/k675wei6A6s/видео.html
I'm so glad! In a society that seems to want us to hurry up and "grow up" and also wants women to sacrifice themselves for everyone else, I suppose it's something to decide to spend money, time, and energy investing in dollhouses for my own enjoyment :-)
Bratz are a little after 1999 - they debuted in 2001. 😊 But close enough! I wasn’t personally into them and still preferred Barbie. The twins’ room is so cute, though. I love the Spice Girls bag.
Someone pointed that out. Grace was the one who bought the Bratz dolls. She said it's okay that they're from 2001 because this can just be the twins room a little after their stories take place ;-)
I’m in the process of building my dollhouse americangirlashlynn is my inspiration your video is the type of content I wanna see more of it’s what made me get into agtube so many years ago
Love it! Just love it! You did a great job!!! Do you ever have moments where you think that the dolls live a better life than us.( the humans)? hmmm? I just bought the new OG RV with the toilet that makes a flushing sound. ! It is so much fun to play with! The dolls are not lacking for anything!
In some regards, the dolls 1,000% live a better life than I do. They never have to stress about money, scrub toilets, clean up the same messes other people make 5 times in one day, work for a company that sees them as nothing more than a means to increasing the wealth of a few...uh, yeah. In some ways they live a much better life. But they can't perceive any of the gratitude or beauty or hope around them, so I have a leg up there :-)
Wow…….❤❤ I was so excited to see how things turned out. Everything looks amazing and very organized. Could you make a tutorial for the towel rack? I hope you continue to make more videos for us AG obsessed people lol.
I love doll house tours. . Your hard work was worth it the basement/doll houses look beautiful congratulations. I have z's desk but thought it was to heavy to put on any floor except the first floor. How is it holding up on the top floor? If we all had the space we would do the same thing I am sure.
Great video! I think each of the rooms are really cute! I love the coffee shop and Courtney's room the best. I do have a question though. Is the TV at 17:33 from Temu? I've seen one on there that looks a lot like that and I was hesitant on buying it because I didn't know if it was scale to AG dolls. I love old tvs that look like that, and I had been looking for one for my dolls!
I'm glad you enjoyed the video. That TV actually came from the Bullseye Section at Target. It's a phone holder. I don't know if they still have it, but maybe if you check ebay? It was originally only $5 so don't let the price gougers charge you too much ;-)
I absolutly love the doll in the kitchen (20:50) with the short hair! You'll need to feature her in another video. As far as the blank/flex room, I go for all of the above... or you'll just have to get another doll house lol! Do you have time to make videos? I'd be too busy playing! You guys did a great job! You will also need a comfy swivel chair in the middle of the room so you could just dream.
That doll is Violet, our TM 40, and she's one of my favorites of our whole collection! And I don't have a comfy swivel chair, but I do just go down and sit in the middle of all of it and soak it in.
Doh - I just realized you meant the *other* short haired doll. She's a rewigged Julie. The wig is called Erin and it's from Zazou on Etsy. 10/10 recommend that wig!!
This was wonderful!!!!!! I love what you did with the basement and for so little money. It looks amazing, definitely a magic little hideaway. :) By the way, my mother has always had carpet in her kitchen. I think it' because she prefers vacuuming to mopping, but it's still not a great place for carpet. Both of my houses have had linoleum or tile in the kitchen. No carpet for me. :)
@@agtakesover We were terrorized in various ways as kids by my mother and her cleaning methods. Having carpet in the kitchen was just one part of this. She cleaned like a crazy person and was just as passionate about decorating. I, therefore, went the opposite direction. I only clean when absolutely necessary and I hardly decorate at all.

The College Dorm room with the Dark Blue & White wall. The candle on the floor by the tv is a little close to the curtains! Actually had a building i lived in burn down because people on the third floor had some candles on a table right under curtay under an open window.... Set the entire back half of the building on fire, then the water from the fire department putting out the fire flooded the front half the building ruining the rest. By the time they were done, the entire building was evacuated, all 22 apartments were emptied, everyone had to move, and they tore our building down and turned it into a park instead... Low income wasn't worth rebuilding down town.... So watch those candles in front or under/close to curtains!!!!!
Yikes! In an apartment building I lived in, the next door neighbor was less-than-sober and didn't put his cigarette out properly - not near the same amount of damage but it could've been really bad and fortunately his was the only unit destroyed. An ex roommate put a tea light candle on an upside down margarine container on my table. Yes...a thing that gets really hot on a very thin plastic container. It melted right through and ended up burning the table, but she caught it very quickly and avoided disaster. These dolls need to be more careful for sure!
Yeah you really gotta be careful even with those tiny tea lights. All it takes is a little breaze, a light fluffy curtain laying against a bulb, or anything flamable reallly..... Candles, light bulbs, you never know. I never leave my doll rooms lit up if im not actively in the rooms with them...
It’s funny, I planned on doing the same thing you did where you put the diner on top of the 2 Rebecca rooms. Not the same rooms or things below that I was planning but the concept is really what I mean
WOWWEE‼️😊 Thankyou ⁴ the many doll house's tour.Absolutely devine i loved every single room ❤.Question what is the flooring square on Nursery floor? Thank you so much!! I absolutely love our dollhouses and am so proud of how they've all come together, so I'm happy to share them with others. I don't remember the name of the contact paper I used on the nursery room floor but it's just contact paper from Amazon.
@@agtakesover No not on the whole nursery floor ,it's just a square multi colored rug, can't make out the pic's on it but so fitting for use in a nursery, thankyou. Lisa
I loved these types of videos too 1:30 I wish I could create a doll house but I have a small room so I won’t be able to plus it’s my moms house and she doesn’t always support my doll hobby unfortunately. So because I cannot make a doll house I made a doll room that isn’t complete yet but I’m hoping to complete it soon so I can do a video of it! I love how you set this up 7:58 Do you recommend Grace’s Bakery? I’m debating wether or not to save up for Grace’s bakery, joss’s bus, or Corinne and Gwynn’s bedroom.
Is the doll room you made a collapsible foam board one? I love the one I made- so compact, light, affordable, easy, etc. Also, I like all three of the big ticket items you mentioned. I guess it just depends on how you tend to interact with your dolls. If you like outdoor photography, I would go for Joss's VW because you could take it to SO MANY places and do a photoshoot with it.
@@agtakesover I placed the furniture against my accent wall which is blue however you just gave me a great idea about making a collapsible room for better photos and realism. I’m leaning towards joss’s van since it will probably get more use because I’m also an agiger.
@@TessesKingdom Here's a tutorial for the collapsible room I made for $10: ruclips.net/video/1RwRWklsvl4/видео.html And yeah, you should aim for Joss's van for sure!
Your finished rooms look amazing!! I, too, like to look at others' doll house. You did a great job at fixing up your basement. I would like more rooms but am running out of space. Thanks for sharing!! How many dolls do you have?
Nancy, when you asked how many dolls I have, I immediately heard the voice of a scandalized middle-aged woman saying, "You don't just ask a lady her age!" 🤣🤣 But to answer your question, we have around 80 dolls.
Haha. I did think about that when I asked. I feel bad about how many I have. About 130. Yikes. Darn American Girl, they just keep coming out with great looking dolls. I don't have as many of the bigger ticket/size items. I want them, but don't know where I would put them. Yet?
@@nancycunningham4245 Yep - I've thought about doing a video where I look at every single doll and say either a) this one stays, come hell or high water, b) she's here for now, but I could see us parting with her in the future, or c) if it were up to me, this one could go right now. Granted, most are in the first category, but it's good to look at them through this lens and see how many I *could* part with should money or space demand it.
I did find an organization that gives used dolls to foster kids at Christmas. I donate some of the dolls to them. Some dolls are easier to pass on to someone else.
Are you planning on something light and collapsible like foam board rooms, something made from scratch like my second story one, or something partly made that you assemble and decorate like the Ikea Pax unit?
Thanks! It's hittin' a little too close to home for my 22 year old who is currently back home while looking for her next apt. But it's pretty spot on, right?
Its not at all extreme to have so many doll rooms. I have a horse collection of between 25,000 - 30,000 + model horses. Im in my 40+ and my family hates my collection. So 4 years ago (Im in Alaska) i found a partner in Virginia who has invested in my collection, she had her own collection of 5,000 models. And box by box my colle tion is being shipped from Alaska to Virginia and were building a Model Horse Museum on her land. Including not only horses, but cattle, farmlife, wildlife, cats & dogs, all of the Breyer Dolls that ride the horses, the stables, barns, trucks & trailers. Im hoping to build 2 ranch bunk houses and a tack room for my dolls to live out of.... And set up riding areanas, trails, a race track, dressage ring, jump ring, the works. Plus a room for artist to come and give lectures and seminars and teach classes in..... The museum will be huge. Plus it will have a store to sell breyers, stones, schleich, hartland, Safari, mojo, creata, even barbie, anything that is horse or model related... used and new model horses resins, nd all the crafting things artist use to customise models..... Its called StoneWolf Model Horse Museum..... I also have Asuan Ball Jointed Dolls, 1/4 scale (all boys), and a wolf collection, and chihuahua collection, and i just started getting into miniverse and zuru Collectibles....
The name may be common enough, but given all the spelling possibilities (Christi, Christie, Christy, Kristie, Kristi, Kristy) it's always surprising to find someone who spells it the same way! Also, I think of the big ticket items I don't have I would like: Joss's van, Angelo's bakery, Maryellen's AirStream, and the current spa. But there has to be some limit to the amount of stuff we accumulate I guess lol (and I already have Kira's hut just hanging out in it's box until I decide to open it lol)
@@agtakesover yeah that's what really gets me. Every variation of "chris" is so popular and unisex, it blows my mind when i find another "Kristie" and to find a huge AG fan with the same name was just wild; I'm moving into my studio right now, hope to start getting videos up ASAP.
@@CraftyMagicDollz Yes, it's definitely a rarity to find someone with the same spelling. And also into AG? Slim odds, indeed. Also, how exciting that you'll be in your studio and making videos soon!
I have a lot of Julie's clothing, but not many of her other items at all, so I wouldn't be likely to do a Julie room. But I'll keep my eyes peeled for other dollhouse tours with a Julie room for you!
Bratz didn't come out until 2001 they need some diva stars mcdonalds toys lol. Not trying to be too critical just wanted you to know they wouldn't have bratz until they were older then 9.
Yeah, I mentioned it to my wife (who is the one who bought the little Bratz figures) and she said, "Yeah, I know. That's okay, though. This is just their room in 2001

We're tired mommas a lot of the time and she has ENDLESS energy so sometimes I think she's underwhelmed by us lmao, but yeah...it's a good life :-)
“Oh my gosh girls, are you even 21?” 😂 I love everything. My favorite is the coffee shop room. Great job!
Oh, picking a favorite is HARD! Mine might be the twins' room or the Curl'd by Us Salon
The “wallpaper” air pockets aren’t noticeable to this viewer.
@@agtakesover yes I’ve watched it :)
Thank you so much! It was a lot of work, but so worth it. I love going down there and looking around and thinking, "*I* did this!" :-)
I TOTALLY agree about consuming dollhouse tours and never having enough! I am getting an ikea pax shelf at the end of the month to be my first little(relatively lol) dollhouse and I am so excited
That's so exciting!!! Have you decided what kind of rooms you're going to have?
Loving how it all came together and think that it’s wonderful that you will be able to have so many more larger sets displayed. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you so much! It feels like I can finally appreciate them as they were meant to be appreciated - year round!
Yes. I remind myself regularly what a privilege it is to have the space to get to create all these miniature worlds.
“Are you even 21??!!!” 🤣🤣🤣🤣
THANK YOU!! Look, I am my own entertainment on a daily basis and I was over here thoroughly amused by my own cleverness, but it feels even nicer that others appreciated it ;-)
@@agtakesover I am often entertained by myself but I am not nearly as clever 😂😂😂

I loved your video. I’m 55 years old and plan to buy Kit as my first American girl doll soon. I’m mostly interested in the fashion. You put a lot of work and detail into your project.
Kit's great. I think her stories are some of my favorite of all the AG books I've read!
Everything came together so well! And you should definitely be proud of “curl’d by us!”
Thank you! Now I need to think of a name for the coffee shop. Hmmm....
The Twins room is everything! I love it!
I love the AG accessories. They’re so well made. Thanks for sharing!
I'm so glad you enjoyed it! I absolutely love these dollhouses!
I have fallen down an AGtube hole the past week and I am really enjoying your videos. Your Claudie has me seriously contemplating buying my 40 yr old self a doll for Christmas.
Welcome aboard! And Claudie is absolutely wonderful. What a perfect choice for a first AG doll!!
That's the most important thing in this world
Thanks, and I completely agree. The world is full of so much pain that if we find things that bring us joy, we should embrace them fully!
Incredible Doll Houses! Thanks so much for sharing. Love all the attention to detail.
Thank you so much! I'm thrilled to get to share it with others :-)
I am binging your doll house videos. I have seen them before but I enjoy them so much and always catch something I missed.
Yay! Thank you! It seems most adult collectors don't have doll houses, but I really (REALLY) love ours!
@@agtakesover It really brightened my day. 🙂
Little bellhop Coconut has my HEART.
Right? I can picture it so perfectly in an AG movie - Bellhop + Coconut :-)
Just WOW! I love all of your houses and rooms 🥹
Oh, thank you so much! It has been a lot of work, but so much fun and I'm thrilled with how it all came together.
The little college apartment! Oh I'm obsessed
Isn't it fun? It's good to have relatable stuff in the dolls' spaces, right?
Enjoyed this video so much! Your creativity is wonderful! I will definitely watch again.
Oh, thank you! A lot went into this, but I'm getting so much more *out of it*.
I am breathless omg all of them are gorgeous genius thank you for sharing such beautiful video have a wonderful day ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much!

I LOVE that. That's the way so many dollhouse videos have been for me!
Off topic, but your voice is so calming. The dollhouse is great!
Thank you so much. Compliments about my speaking voice are among my favorite compliments (because that's something that matters a lot to me when I watch others' videos).

Thanks so much - I'm still in "pinch me - is this really my basement?!?" mode lol.
Great Job, it looks amazing! Am looking forward to seeing all the updates to the "flex room".

How is it holding up on the top floor? If we all had the space we would do the same thing I am sure.
Thanks! I've had Z's desk up there for over a year and so far, so good :-)
I really enjoyed your tour!!!
I'm so glad. Sharing it with others is half the fun!
I loved it! Where is the working TV from in the wrapping paper living room?
Target Bullseye section. You just nest your phone in it.
Hi from Canada I love American Girl dolls and My Life dolls too.
That's awesome - there are a LOT of AG collectors in Canada, and several of them with lovely agtube channels :-)
Thanks so much!! And yeah, I'm with you - absolutely no way no how would I have carpet in my kitchen lol.

This is so awesome love it!!

I love how you set this up 7:58
Do you recommend Grace’s Bakery?
@@agtakesover thank you so much!!!
TOTALLY AWESOME
Thanks! I'm so thrilled with the state of all these doll houses!
I my name is Romy Donner and I start watching your videos and RUclips too and I love your doll house 🏠 and I love your dolls and love ❤️ romy ❤
Aw, thanks! I'm so glad you're enjoying the dolls and my collection
I really want to DIY my own dollhouse, do you have any tips and tricks?
Are you planning on something light and collapsible like foam board rooms, something made from scratch like my second story one, or something partly made that you assemble and decorate like the Ikea Pax unit?
@@agtakesover honestly something that is semi-permanent but that is sturdy and not made out of foam board
@@knittingwithlisa Would individual rooms/cubes be best for you? That way you can add them over time and move them easily?
@@agtakesover yes that might be easiest, I am assuming they would have to have a height of 24 inches minimum
Love the crappy apartment ❤
Thanks! It's hittin' a little too close to home for my 22 year old who is currently back home while looking for her next apt. But it's pretty spot on, right?
Where is the working tv from???
If you mean the one in the basement doll house, it's a phone holder made to look like a TV. I got it in the Target Bullseye section a year or two ago.
This is probably the coolest story I'll read all day. Thank you SO much for sharing!!!
You've got all my favorite big ticket items. damn.
Ps. Holy crap 😊 I realized that we're both Kristie spelled the same way too!
Too cute ❤
Thank you so much!
Please do a winter update!
We'll see if I can manage it. Some rooms won't change much, but others will definitely be decorated for the winter holidays :-)
Oh wow I love all your dolls room please can you make Julie's room I need help can u help me darling xx I love your channel X
I have a lot of Julie's clothing, but not many of her other items at all, so I wouldn't be likely to do a Julie room. But I'll keep my eyes peeled for other dollhouse tours with a Julie room for you!
I love it!!!
I'm so glad you liked it. BTW, I just subscribed to your channel. :-)
@@agtakesover Thank you 💕

If you can find the find furry game the figures might work for the twins as well cause they are really small furby
I'll definitely keep my eyes peeled!
