This was great! I like that you showed the before and after. I like the trees in the backyard in the windows and the real wood in the fireplace. Everything looks wonderful!
I love, love your dollhouse tours and since fall is my favorite season, this is my favorite dollhouse tour! Your dollhouse always looks so realistic. You add so many little touches that make it look loved in. You truly inspire me to play in my dollhouse more.
Thank you so much! I love adding the little details and also like the finishes on things to feel realistic (which is why the little "logs" on the fireplace felt like such an improvement).
Thanks so much! 😊 I don't want it to be as cluttered as my REAL house (pet hair everywhere, toys underfoot, and mail scattered on the table and 10 other surfaces lol) but I *do* want it to have enough little things to feel realistic.
oooh, these rooms all look so warm and inviting! I want to shrink myself down into 18" size and "live" in these spaces for a while. The photos of the dolls in their fall attire are all so good, absolute eye candy. 🍭 Yes, I do dress my dolls for the season, and I definitely want to decorate their spaces. 🍄🍂🍁 I still need to film my doll room (once I get it more organized)🤪
I can't wait to see your doll room! I absolutely love getting the spaces where people house their dolls! And in the meantime, I'm glad you enjoyed the dollhouse!
It looks fantastic! I love all the little details you include. Feels very, very festive; fall is so fun to decorate for! Thank you so much for sharing!
Thanks! It's so tempting to buy more decorations every year (for both the doll house and the rest of the house) but we were strong and didn't buy many new things this fall. The picture over the mantle was such an easy, cheap, way to add a decoration that didn't take up any extra storage space :-)
Thank you so much! I like putting the little details in there to help it look realistic. It's challenging when AG's scale is so inconsistent but I try lol
Always love to see your dollhouse and how you decorate it. Right now my dollhouse is set up for my doll's Halloween Party (11 rooms, food and 64 doll's dressed in Halloween costumes).
Thanks so much - And I would LOVE to see your dollhouse and dolls right now. If you're ever up for sending pictures, my email is agtakesover@gmail.com :-)
Half way through and I must say I am obsessed with your decorations! I am so excited to buy the OG house so I can have a doll house for my girls! I’m hoping I can snatch a sale for black friday
I love seeing how you decorate your doll house! I only decorated the living room for fall this year. It’s the background for my Halloween costumes video that I’ll put out next week. I will probably do a tour video for winter. I have a ton of ideas and decorations! ❄️
And this year I skipped Halloween decorations and went straight for general fall stuff. I think with dressing so many dolls for fall I just didn't have it in me to also do Halloween decor and then take it all down so quickly. I'll definitely switch it up for winter but it's nice that it can stay this way for another full month. 'Can't wait to see your Halloween costumes!
I enjoyed watching this :). I am with you and LOVE LOVE LOVE everything fall, decorating, dressing, etc. So funny how we have many of the same things; MLA appliances, acrylic picture frame - I picked mine up at Home Goods, retro radio, sooo many more! Thanks for the wood logs shoutout - really appreciate that! Great idea making a "picture" for the picture over the fireplace. By the way, I also, sell the candles in my Etsy shop too. The candles I sell are scented and very realistic. Lastly, you made me laugh when you mentioned the Total Cereal and liking "real" stuff for scenes and play. Well anyway, I could comment for days, but will stop now and get to editing my video that will post this weekend.
Yes! I think you and I both enjoy adding the small details that complete a space and make it feel more realistic, so it doesn't surprise me that we have a lot of overlap. Now I need to go check out your shop's candles!
Thanks so much. I know your collection of dolls is VERY large and that you're trying to pause and not acquire more for now. If you do end up going one step further and actually downsizing a bit, you could potentially do a collapsible room (I have a tutorial for one you can make very inexpensively - it's on the tutorials playlist on my channel). That would be a good option for your limited space :-)
Fall decorating is so fun! Mini pumpkins make everything cheery! I love how your dollhouse looks. 🎃 The mini speaker/record player is adorable, and I love that you added more branches to the fireplace. Did you glue them in or just place them?
Thanks so much! 😊 I put glue dots on a couple "logs" just to make sure I had some stability but for the most part their just staying there on a prayer lol.
Love everything, but the addition of untied boots exemplies your eye for details that tell a story. I kinda need that pumpkin sphce mini candle...where did you find it?
your channel has rekindled my heart for AG. i am looking to buy a samantha (my childhood doll) after being inspired by this channel. i'd like her in her original meet outfit, so obv used. the hair ribbon is a must, but i'd very much like her to have the hat and pin too if possible. i'm assuming i'll probably have to go the store to get a new wig or something. what price range should i be looking at, all things considered. thank you for your time and i love putting this on in the background it really chills me out
Aw, I'm so glad to have helped rekindle your excitement about AG! I'm not sure what price you should expect to pay for a decent Samantha because I've never owned one, but she's very popular and I feel like there are always Samantha dolls available on Facebook Marketplace so it shouldn't be too hard to come by one.
QTPie (Pi?) made our living room set. She's on Etsy sewing after a break but I think she's doing clothes only now and no more furniture sets. If you're in the market, reach out to AGTV4Life here on RUclips and ask who made hers. I know they look VERY similar but it's a different maker and maybe they're still in the doll furniture biz ;-) Also, I'll have to check out the MLA laundry room set!

So awesome looking. That picture over the mantle is adorable and I love the pumpkin sign over the couch too. Everything looks so good!
