i feel so bad for Kirk. he was abused by his father at a young age, lost his Best friend and watched his best friend lose himself to alcohol. nobody deserves that. im so proud of him for staying strong❤

it's funny how in the old days, macho metal bros would talk about being sensitive like it was a bad thing- "something that pussies were" or some stupid bullshit they made up like that... but being sensitive is amazing, and kirk is an amazing soul. we're lucky to have your music!
You know Kirk is my favorite person of all time if he was with me now and i could tell him everything he helped me with i would talk for hours im depressed my family hates me and the only thing that saves me now is music and Kirk is the person wich i dont know but he helps me very much
He’s the lead guitarist and one of the songwriters in the world’s biggest heavy metal band yet Kirk seems so humble, down to Earth and approachable and not afraid to show his emotions and share how he feels. I could never imagine Metallica without him.
