So Rad! I love that Mike V wearing Anderson shirt! He’s a real person. As real as it gets. And when he speaks it’s straight from the heart all love. Welcome home! Send him on some trips with the team!
Mike V's part in Public Domain was my very first favorite. Watched it religiously.. as a kid, I wanted that Elephant Deck. I have it now.. Welcome back Mike 💯
I love this! Mike is such a nice dude. I emailed him way back in 2005, just to say hey and thank him for being such a rad dude. I was just a random kid, way out in rural America, who loved skating. He emailed me back and wrote a lot actually. I was so stoked man. It absolutely made my day.
Met Mike in like 2005 when I was 13 in Vegas at the Gumball 3000 during an Adio demo. One of the nicest pro's I've ever met and let me talk his ear off for like 30 minutes about how much I loved his show on FuelTV back then. Guys like him are why the sport is so special!
This makes complete sense. It's because of guys like Mike who always walked their own path regardless of trends or popularity that paved the way for someone like Andy Anderson to come in and be successful even though he doesn't fit the mold set by the industry.
Mike V was for sure had his very own Style of skating. Mike V and Gonz Were the first to skate Handrails in the caveman years of Street skating. And to have ie all co e full circle is really cool. I think the fact that they still press boards here In The USA is really a reason to stay Powell keeps America Skating
Full Circle Bro! I Love It! I grew up with Public Domain and skateboarding for almost 30 years. My career and life took me on paths making skateboarding harder to keep up with....but my love for the sport, the artistic and expressionism that is skateboarding never left me. In other words....I need more Mike V on my office walls next to the other Powell and a Mike V Evel Kenievel. I had to stop riding. But I never stopped collecting. ✌🏾😉
Bro, I was over here shitting myself, seeing all those pristine boards from the 80s... Straight drooling like Homer over a forbidden donut...😅 Reminds me of when an old neighbor gave me his old board from the 70s.. I about shit bricks also cause it was pristine condition aswell. Not so much now that ive ridden it for years but still. Gotta love the old school.❤
Thanks for all you’ve done along your way to pave a path for future generations. I grew up with your stuff. Bittersweet the next generation is growing up with it too. Crazy stuff haha love you mike
Love Mike Vallely! I bought a hat from his skate company street plant years ago and he sent me the hat and sent name some free stickers and signed stuff! I'm 53 and have been a fan of his since the 80's!
So awesome to see this. Nobody is more nostalgic than me when it comes to 80s skating and my love for Powell-Peralta of the 80s is huge. But the reason I keep coming back to Powell-Peralta 30+ years later is not for the nostalgia of what Powell-Peralta was then, but for what and who Powell-Peralta is right now.
That's pretty sick. I listened to the Nine Club interviews with Mike V so I actually know what he's talking about lol. It's pretty cool to see him embracing the cockroach all these years later, and working with Powell again.
Make a reissue flight version of the 97 lightning graphic and I will buy it before it sells out, any skater will like it even if they don't know Mike V, it's a great skate graphic to skate or for a wall, please make size 8.
I hope that everyone has an amazing and memorable rest of the year and safe travels, vacations, work, adventures, filming and skateboarding throughout the years. 🍀♾️❤️🔥
Love it! So damned cool that Mike still has the deck from Public Domain. I recently just picked up a yellow one recently after having the pink one back in the day. One of my fave decks ever. 💪 Also great to see some of the pre-release graphics after all these years.
Skateboarding needs Mike Vallely more than Mike Vallely needs skateboarding. Mike represents the ethos of skateboarding - freedom of expression, letting go, fearlessness, releasing aggression and becoming reborn every day through the meditation that skating is. Guererro, Gonz, Natas, Vallely, Barbee, Theibaud and Mullen destroyed the streets with their skating. They designed the ground rules and then broke them. They are the giants who's shoulders Andy Anderson and Christopher Hiett stand on today. We need a video that brings together the original Bones Brigade with the new Bones Brigade and Stacy and George there to mark the time and make it official. LOVE to see a new Powell Peralta Mike Valley deck design - fishtail shaped with a modern 6"+ kick nose, 15"+ wheelbase and a nice spacious 6.7"+ tail. Mike has had so many years experience designing decks for his own companies that it would be awesome to see what George and Mike would come up with together now! ❤
I am from Brazil ( 🇧🇷 ), and my heart longs for the opportunity to acquire this beautiful deck. Perhaps, one day, God will allow me to fulfill this dream and have access to this incredible design. ❤️🙏
Shout out to Mike V, one of my favorites of all time. He gave me his hat at a New Deal demo back in 1991. I proudly wore it until it fell apart. I still have the vhs camcorder footage I took from that demo laying around somewhere, i hope.
Pretty cool to see Mike rocking the bug after all these years. Respect to Mike and all he's done for skating.
100 % ❤
Respect to that fucking FIGHT I downloaded on Kazaa in 9th grade.
Mike, your impression of Stacy Peralta is Priceless. Spot on!
So Rad! I love that Mike V wearing Anderson shirt! He’s a real person. As real as it gets. And when he speaks it’s straight from the heart all love. Welcome home! Send him on some trips with the team!

Welcome back Mike 💯
It's fkn rad to see Mike charging on that bug deck in the end. That's skateboard classic sillouette; Vallely charging. Good stuff. 👀
He's got a brilliant push innit
I could watch him push all day lol, so iconic
ayoo pause
I love this! Mike is such a nice dude. I emailed him way back in 2005, just to say hey and thank him for being such a rad dude. I was just a random kid, way out in rural America, who loved skating. He emailed me back and wrote a lot actually. I was so stoked man. It absolutely made my day.
This man is a legend. I remember watching his style when i was a kid. Everyone wanted to be him🔥
Doesn't get more OG than this man right here. Thanks for all you've done for Skateboarding Mike.
Sick!!! Mike's looking good and seems happy. Can't wait to see some clips. I know he's still ripping!

Andy has kind of dropped off in content compared to a few years ago. Barely see him anymore on the usual channels.
@@robr135 Andy put out an incredible part like a month ago, check it out if you haven't.

@@shawn_123-s3z yeah he probably wanted to take a bit of a vacation after dropping that part
Agreed

Mike's a real mf and a true legend awesome he's back where he should always be
PowellPeralta will forever be my favorite skate team.
love learning and hearing about the history. its awesome you kept the collection and tell the story... hyped to see where this goes!
Such a great attitude, speaks with respect and wisdom...keep up the good work ✌🏼

🐘That deck had pop. One of the coolest Powell boards ever made. !00% Respect Mike.
That was because of the Boneite.
Thanks for all you’ve done along your way to pave a path for future generations. I grew up with your stuff. Bittersweet the next generation is growing up with it too. Crazy stuff haha love you mike
Mike V was my fav back in the day. Great seeing him again.
This Guy and Rodney are a Huge Reason Skateboarding Impacted me Life in Such a Way
I got th3 bolt board in the late 90s. Never loved a board as much as that one
This guy and Mullen are my inspiration for starting skating 32 years ago
And thank you for wearing the Andy Anderson shirt.
Hell yeah man welcome home Mike V this just feels right.
Love Mike Vallely! I bought a hat from his skate company street plant years ago and he sent me the hat and sent name some free stickers and signed stuff! I'm 53 and have been a fan of his since the 80's!
I still have my 1988 Vallely with almost all original hardware. I still can't skate worth a damn, but I love that board.
He'll ya
I did have the lightning bolt deck when it came out in Australia 🇦🇺,awesome deck great design
Mike V Rolled up to my park back in 2004 or so. Changed my life. One of the Raddest Dudes of All Time. Bless Up.
It makes me so happy knowing Andy Anderson and Mike V are on the same team! They both shred!
I knew it . I seen footy of him riding the bug board, and was STOKED!!! OG2XOG!

I had so many pairs of the Vallely Etnies back in the day. My first and still favorite skate shoe. Bring it back!
cariuma sucks
With Mike back on the team, we need a reissue of the lightning bolt
I found the specs for that deck on Powell's website. Interesting specs. 15" wheelbase, 33.5" length, 7" tail, 7.3" nose, 8.5" width.
YES!!!
That's pretty sick. I listened to the Nine Club interviews with Mike V so I actually know what he's talking about lol. It's pretty cool to see him embracing the cockroach all these years later, and working with Powell again.
Mike use to come down to and Sk8 with us back in the days. Always a pleasure to watch him
Mike was my fav skater growing up. Bad ass skater, bad ass dude.
Would love to see you revisit your part on Public Domain and recreate it again after all these years on this board
Especially, the graveyard scene
Love it!🙏❤️🛹
I love how he put it. “Through many seasons of life” 🐘 ⚡️ So rad!
Great looking board, I just pre order mine.
Didn’t see this one coming but really cool that it did!
Awesome news Mike. Got my re-release bug pre-ordered. 🔥
Wow! That's a big catch for the legends team.
Damn this warms my heart so much!! 🙏🤗❤️
Love this! Perfect fit and Mike is a legend :) 🔥❤
So Rad , welcome home Mike V ❤
I love this so much. I wanted this video to be about an hour gutted. Love Mike V. ❤️
My dads favorite board of all time, blessed to see the roach finally getting its love ❤
Yeah Mike, and Powell Peralta big grats and great match ! Keep killing it !
Legend Mike V🔥🔥🔥
That elephant definitely reflected his brutally tough style and ability.
Wow, Thank you, Mr. Powell. You are “ G”. Thanks Mr. Vallely, for your humility.
Wearing the Andy shirt! 🙌🏽
This just brought me so much joy
Mike V is amazing and this is amazing
Going to miss Street Plant but this makes it a whole lot better. Glad he's back home
thanx for the elephant deck. it served me well thru middle school.
Had that exact board in 88 so rad to see this
I never had the coordination for skating (seriously I had more injuries than landing tricks) but I love watching Mike V skate.
And just when I thought the PP Team couldn't possibly get any stronger....... BOOM! Mike V.
The very first time I ever saw Mike was on CKY when he fought 4 guys at once
4 random ocks
@DannyThomson Yeah that's the one. Absolute badass and talented skater
Amazing
I had the regular bug ! It was just the bug without his name on it. And neon green. Loved it.
Must have this deck, the original Vallely was one of my first decks. Welcome back sir
Massive influence. Big love Mike.
That artwork would be amazing tattoos 💯
I remember the bug!! Never knew the history. Got to love Powell Peralta!
Yessss!!! Mike V. Baby!!! Fkn right!! So stoked about this!! Huge fan. 🙏🏻 This is so rad. Im so incredibly excited to see the things yet to come
Just saw Mike a few weeks ago preform with Black Flag in IL! What a cool life man... freaking pro skater to Black Flag.
Two best boards I ever skated: My 88 Vallely and then in 1990 I got a G&S Mark Heintzman.
They have always needed you way more than you needed them. I'm hoping to get the appreciation you deserve.
The elephant deck was the first deck I bought! I was like 9 or 10.
Good to see Mike skating again his got the raddest style 🤙
Make a reissue flight version of the 97 lightning graphic and I will buy it before it sells out, any skater will like it even if they don't know Mike V, it's a great skate graphic to skate or for a wall, please make size 8.
Thank you for your service Mike🙏🏻( I was 7 in ‘87)🤙🏼😎
I hope that everyone has an amazing and memorable rest of the year and safe travels, vacations, work, adventures, filming and skateboarding throughout the years. 🍀♾️❤️🔥
Hells yeah!!!!!!My first board was a Mike Vallely woolly mammoth 🦣!!! FTW!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Love it! So damned cool that Mike still has the deck from Public Domain. I recently just picked up a yellow one recently after having the pink one back in the day. One of my fave decks ever. 💪
Also great to see some of the pre-release graphics after all these years.
Grande Mike. Forever
I hope they bring back the lightning bolt board! Mike V was one of my favorite skaters during that era when I was a kid in the 90s!
Nicely filmed and edited
How long until Mike V is in a Dan Corrigan video?
He's going to teach Dan how to do a street plant.
@@idmhead0160 I'd pay good money to see that! lol

Glad to see! Stoked for the new Mike V decks.
I love this
This is awesome!
Damn thats awesome news!!!
As legendary as they come.
The Violent Gents Hockey bag in the background.. nice
HOLY SHIT! This is so cool for so many reasons!!
Nobody skates with as much power as Mike V.
Good vibes w good people... who could ask for anything better?
Im 53 now and want to skate this ❤
I am from Brazil ( 🇧🇷 ), and my heart longs for the opportunity to acquire this beautiful deck. Perhaps, one day, God will allow me to fulfill this dream and have access to this incredible design. ❤️🙏
For the love of god, send this poor soul a deck Powell!!!
Mike V rocking a goruck hat is sick.
What if they ask you to run around a cemetery or other burial ground?
Honestly he should have dug up the roach board in a cemetery.. and skated off into the sunset. Missed opportunity 😂
