Am I exempted for the work experience criteria?

@@Mrkaranuk there are no issues to sign lease if you are going to stay. Are you getting entire room in 400? It's good if everything is included in the package
@@PushpendraSingh no sir 400 is with sharing with my friend. Guy is asking for 575 for private room. I thought 400 in sharing would be the sensible choice for now. Everything is included in the rent like wifi, hydro, laundry at site, new bed and mattress. Furnished property with all appliances and living area with sofa. Backyard with parking.

If 2 yrs course is mentioned on your certificate ,you will be considered as a international student
