    I am still learning and this was soooo helpful! I would love a video on how to contour/hilight and bronze. Also could you please do a video on how to pick the perfect foundation for your skin and picking the right shade. I am fair skin and have a tough time picking the shade.
    I've wasted so much money on foundation for it to be too light.

    I’ve been binge watching your videos since I follow heynasreen on IG, and seen your videos recommended on my feed on RUclips. Even though I’ve been doing my makeup forever, still have so much to learn. And I’ve learned so much from your videos!!! I appreciate so much your presence here on RUclips!!! Also I’m 35, while still feel and look young, I have noticed I can’t apply makeup the same way I did like in my 20s...which explains why I’ve been in a rut the last 5 years! Your videos have also helped offer perspective. Please keep doing what you’re doing!!!

    I would love a blush video in your series! I achieve a fresh, even look with my foundation, add the blush, and it looks ruddy or rosacea-like. I want a soft, contoured diffused look. The only blush I have that seems to look the best is MAC Warm Soul, but I’d like to make others work too.

    I’m a Make-up artist since 2015 and one of my dreams is to be a MAC makeup artist. So, I want to ask you something about this. If they choose me to interview, what is the procedure? I ask you because when the manager of Inglot interviewed me, she asked me to do on my model, a full face makeup with red lips and smokey eyes. What about Mac?

    I've asked SO many MUA's but NEVER get an answer, what brushes do I need for a beginner (I'm always being oversold too many by the girls at the counters so I end up walking away unsure&without buying any)I wear liquid foundation, powder, bronzer&just a lil shadow (I only wear lippy very rarely bc I hv full lips & ppl always say"oh wow did u get ur lips done ?"when I wear lip colour ,bc it shows the fullness so I tend to just wear balm)if you could recommend your best brushes (I don't mind spending if they're quality)to start me off. Thank you.

    I think your eyes actually look natural. I see so many beautiful young women who look unique and after the eyeshadow and the fake lashes, take on the same look and they lose their uniqueness. I love make up but am 74 now after being so busy raising a big family of 8 and economical I only bought dollar store makeup lol. I am greek and was lucky to have been attractive and happy. Now I am buying drug store make up I doubt I ever will buy high end anything ````` if I was younger and not afraid of rodents, I would dumpster dive for makeup! I am really enjoying makeup now and doing my hair which is curly black and silver. I think it is demoralizing if you do not think enough of yourself to put a bit of makeup on. I have never worn fake lashes but decided to buy very natural ones to play with. I also forced myself to throw away old makeup which I had not much of. The funny thing is I have an entire room of art supplies as I am an artist. I once dressed to kill in the late 60 and 70 working in NYC garment industry. My husband is supportive and has been complimentary that is why we have been married forty years. He indulges my hobbies and I found your video. I think you look very natural again, so I want to watch and learn from you!!!!. I recently burned the heck out of myself with lactic acid face peel leaving it on too long so I am recovering from that ordeal. Make up is fun! I wonder what you think of latisse. I was using it but got sick of dishing out 130 now there are generic and I want to look into it again. It does work and I had absolutely no problems. You can also buy it from online pharms. I usually shy away from doing that but ten to fifty dollars as opposed to USA 160 is something you have to pay attention to.

    MAC brushes will last a long time. I have some from my time as a MAC artist 2002-2003 that are in great condition. Taking care of brushes makes all the difference ✅

    Lisa, thank you for doing this very informative video! You explain things very clearly! I appreciate your knowledge! I'm constantly learning about using makeup brushes! I used to ONLY use a sponge brush for eyeshadows so it was a game changer for me!! It takes time to learn how to use which means "practice, practice, practice! Love you sweet Lisa! Muah💋💋💋💋

    Thank you for sharing my sweet friend!!
    I would love to see a video on how you do lower lashline eyeliner on yourself.
    Whenever I do it, I wind up looking like a raccoon!!

      Oh man me too. I don’t even do lower lash shadow or liner for that reason. I also have small, almond shaped eyes, I feel like it makes me look older.

    Thank you so much for your thorough explanation of brushes. I too have had the same MAC brushes for over 15 years, and it's because I take good care of them. I find that using Fix Plus on a 252 brush is easier for me to apply shimmer to my lids. Will Fix Plus ruin a natural hair brush?

    • @alkistisvar
      @alkistisvar 5 лет назад

      No you can spray a little fix+ to your brush even it is natural hair... Wash with a gentle soap even baby shampoo

    50 yrs old and finally I know what those numbers are for and the difference in brushes. I wish I would of been into makeup when I was younger. I really like how you do your makeup less is more and you look very elegant and classy. 🙏🏻
