This is a brilliant video - so useful Sofia - thank you! In case anyone/you are interested that final brush you mentioned - the angled one - I bought the Rephr 32 recently and LOVE using that for the same purposes 👍 It's a fairly quirky shape I agree :) But incredibly useful for liquid shadows and/or small-medium areas of concealing. Oh I'm so glad you like those Bisyodo brushes with the varnished handles! Aren't they superb? I only have one so far... the weasel haired brush you demo'd and I like to use it for applying ND metallic shades over the mattes 💗 Love to see videos like this one... it's really helpful to have the right tools for the right purpose - it makes applying makeup so much more fun!
I'm in love with Bisyodo brushes! The brisle, the African rosewood handle...pure joy to use them. The Grand Series has ebony wood, gives a weight to the brush which I translate as luxury.
I love your brush videos! It’s actually what brought me to your channel in the first place. I have way more brushes than any one person could ever need, but I’m always adding to my wishlist!
For my Chanel products i also had to buy the chanel brushes , for foundation and for blush. At least they are durable and deliver because they were expensive for what they are
I'm very interested in some of the goat hair recommendations that you made. The only goat hair brushes I have are from Rephr, which I do like. How would you compare the Rephr goat hair brushes to Chikuhodo, Koyudo, and Bisyodo brushes? Also, are you wearing MBM Bronze Glow lip balm in this video? Whatever your lippie is, it looks so good!😍
Loved this, thank you! Yes would love a series! On that note, what brushes would you recommend for blending the Victoria Beckham eyewear sticks once applied? And also the Chantecaille Cosmos highlighter for subtle but blended application?
Loved this video! I was mesmerized learning about all the fude brushes.I just bought a ton of rèphr brushes but now I have so many I want to try out. Really loved seeing the application demos. ❤️
Very cool video. This year I decluttered my old makeup so I only have 1 chanel quad ( codes elegantes). For the rest of day to day I have fallen in love with guerlain quads which are so easy to pick up and blend and also have that 'melted' look on the eye and a medium level of pigment in between chanel and Natasha denona. The dior powder bronzer I find relatively easy to pair , but I agree with you on the chanel blush and foundations pairings. Still lusting for those eye brushes with african rosewood handles tho 😂
So educational, my goodness! I loved it so much and know for a fact will be rewatching it more than once! Incredible Sofia, thanks girlie, so appreciated!
Haha.,.. I was just watching your last video for brushes when I got this alert for this upload! I'm purchasing brushes today before heading back out of the U.S. Perfect timing!! Thanks Sofia!
Oh, I love this video, so so much I also love your channel. The luxury beauty line is my favorite! Please keep them coming. Good to see you and happy new year.
I cannot imagine someone calling me and saying they need help and me just shutting it down like what the actual fudgebuckets?!?!?! But I hope you know that you deserve that attention and help, no matter what's going on. I'm so glad you have @ashley and all your other real friends now! Love you ❤
This is the video I have needed so desperately especially with the Chanel eyeshadows I can not pick up in addition to the Chanel tint foundation and blush with the beaded colour pigments also the liquid foundation brush. Once I return from holidays I will Be placing an order via your affiliate link thank you soooo much ❤❤❤❤
Absolutely loved this video Sofia!! Each product does have its unique and best way of getting applied - this was so informative…. Not to mention costly - lol 😂😂 - Thanks for all the tips! I would love to see more of these.
I must say I surely missed your videos. It is a video about products I will never purchase but I watch it! (can't put squirrel or fox hairs on my face without culpability but it is me, and I don't want to be negative here. I understand they are super fibers to pick and blend pigments, and everyone has its own limits or sentivities). Same video with only BK beauty brushes would have been so cool for me, so I get why this a good one for anyone willing to use animal hair brushes. Have a nice NYE everyone : ) use your favorite products (and brushes) to enjoy getting ready. The world's crazy, so we need to enjoy small pleasures and beauties around us
Thanks for this great video. I struggle a lot with the Lisa Eldridge eyeshadows from her palettes, I get a patchy application or can’t pick them up unless I use my fingers. Any recommendations?
@@SofiaSeesBeauty thank you, now I need to decide for which one to go for. It’s a shame I hardly use those eyeshadows as I find them so difficult to apply and they disappear on my eyes within the hour 😩
I was thinking actually to pick up the new Sonia g fundamental or Wayne goss series as I don’t have any nice brush set. Would they be good for this type of eye shadow? If not I will pick up the fude long series
Ordered a bunch of brushes based on this video. Just got them. So beautiful! I'm so excited to learn how to use them, but also how to care for them. Want to note that your links are mixed up for thr medium and small brushes for the chanel eyeshadow. The BES 10 is small and the 6 is the medium. Your links are reversed so I bought the small when I actually needed thr medium 😮
It's about $17 shipping to the united states. That seems pretty reasonable to me. Remember that these items are handmade in a single region in Japan so they have to get to you somehow!
Thanks for sharing your knowledge! On another note, heard Dior basically ruined their quints by making them more “politically correct” no talc, etc. would you agree that the new formula isn’t as good. Before I spend a ton of money. . .😎

I love your Fude recommendations. I can endorse the pine squirrel recommendation as well.
Yay!
This is perfect no one has ever done this before I don’t think !! Yes. You rock. Thank you ❤
You are so welcome!

Another epic video! This one is a keeper as ‘24 will be the year that I start to explore brushes. Thank you and Happy New Year!
LOVE this lip/eye/cheek look on you! Perfect for fall!🍁💄💅
This is an amazing informative video never seen anyone else do this type before so it’s very much appreciated
So glad!
I love your brush videos! It’s actually what brought me to your channel in the first place. I have way more brushes than any one person could ever need, but I’m always adding to my wishlist!
Me too! I also found Sofia searching RUclips for brush recommendations!
Sofia - what do you do once you start seeing hard pan? How do you get rid of it??
For my Chanel products i also had to buy the chanel brushes , for foundation and for blush. At least they are durable and deliver because they were expensive for what they are
Haha! Perfect timing... I just bought a Sonia G brush after watching several of your old videos!
Perfect!

I’ve got to try the weasel and pony hair brushes next year. Thanks for the recommendations! These look great.

Sofia ! This is the best video of the year ! Such a useful one ! Bonne année from France
Thank you! 😃
Another great video! I found you because of a brush video and thank goodness I did! Great recommendations!
Excited for this! Thank you! ❤
Such a great video, thank you! Would you recommend the Chanel eyeshadow brush (Dualsided N200) for Chanel eyeshadows, now that it's synthetic?

I know this is an older video, but I would love to know your lip shade and brand? It’s so pretty!

Was waiting for this video, very helpful 😁
Great video
I cannot decide between ksz 03 and bisyodo b c 01 brush. Would you recommend between the two?
Thank you Sofia, very beautiful cosmetics.💄

Honestly its mildly irksome to pay so much for makeup and not have it work with whatever tool I want to use but at the same time I get it. Alas 😅
Thanks for this great video. I struggle a lot with the Lisa Eldridge eyeshadows from her palettes, I get a patchy application or can’t pick them up unless I use my fingers. Any recommendations?
Her powders are very finely milled and creamy so I would recommend using the goat hair brushes or ones for cream shadows.

When you go to the websites you don’t see prices in dollars so how much do they actually cost?

Hourglass?
What deters me is the shipping costs. Insane

Hey Lisa I have a review covering that and a lot of their newer quints
@@SofiaSeesBeauty great! I’ll look forward to that💕
