@@PlusSpec we currently use Revit. I was once all in for SketchUp… concept Design and construction documentation, but Revit had the edge of pulling it all together a lot faster.
I’m intrigued at how your platform works, it looks like it’s ironed those issues out.

How is this different from PlusDesignBuild?
Hi Geremey, PlusDeisgnBuild will have advanced estimating PlusArchitect is more for the arhcitect who does not need estimating. Yet we do have a cool difference that we will announce to pre registered users before we release. The initial cost of PlusArchitect will also be lower.
What plugins were used?
Plusspec has a version called PlusDesignBuild and PlusArchitect either could be used. www.plusspec.com

Most architects use sketchup? That's not true. Change 'Most' to 'Many'.
You will likely find that Sketchup has more licenses out there than AutoCad, ArchiCad & Revit combined. Do you not use SketchUp @Archist9789?
