Love this plugin.. and it is similar to Citools ( plugin for Archicad ) in term of pricing which is the plugin are more expensive than the main software itself.

Yes, what we do is very specialised for customers who need to get the job done more efficiently, and yes, it is more expensive than Sketchup alone yet cheaper in combination than ArchiCad and Revit.
We look after our clients with massive savings upon resubscription and continue developing better systems according to the feedback we receive. Thanks for commenting @NBCnothingButCrap

@@PlusSpec Yeah.. not every comment will taste like sugar sweet, but that will make something grow. Where can I check for the resubscription price then.

@NBCNothingButCrap a bit of vinegar is good for the diet. 😎 You'll find the resubscription price on the buy page. It's around 7 or 800 usd which I'm pretty sure is 4x less than Revit or ArchiCad and we keep improving and innovating do you'll get the latest and best we can possibly deliver.

Our first 3 days we have successfully drawn some simple models but it is pretty intuitive with the informational videos online. I have few questions but unable to contact an actual human. Only thing we can't get to work is getting wall studs to show... shows plywood and floor joist/trusses if designed manually but wall studs never show in scenes . Looking to invest in this and sketch this year to possibly ditch AutoCad but clarification is needed

Hi, were glad your getting the hang of it quickly and it gets much better the more you use it. What version are you using? PlusArchitect and PlusDesignBuild have the framework and Plusspec pro has multiple layered walls without framework. You can call the office Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm AEST 0296792429

Can it do light guage steel framing?

      That would be nice :)

You can create a light guage material for studs and change your bottom plate thickness. Your takeoff will read correct. If you're referring to roof purlins, you'll see c section and z section purlins and also rhs box beams in joists and rafters.
If we receive enough interest in cold rolled steel framing and products, we will look into it, but at the moment, there isn't enough call for it and it'll be too expensive to develop for 3 or 4 people.
Thanks for asking. I'm pretty sure there is a tutorial for this somewhere.
