Introduction to PlusDesignBuild for Sketchup construction modelling, estimating and documentation of a building.
When applying for an Australian builders license, applicants need to have completed Certificate IV in Construction. A crucial part of Cert 4 is learning estimating and drawing. This video shows you how to get started with Sketchup and how PlusDesignBUild enables you to work more efficiently inside Sketchup. It also gives an overview of how to create a Bill of Quantities, Plans, and Elevations and how to create detailed BIMs and Virtual Construction models to build from.
PlusDesignBuild is now an important part of Certificate IV at TAFE, which will help every student become a better more efficient builder.
