The numbers that I gave are for my specific printer at higher than normal volume. It varies from service to service and actually from state to state. These numbers or just for the example. If your printer overcharges then you could find a new printer or you can still try selling $10 shirts but taking less of a profit and still use that as a tool for more exposure and to get people onto your page
hey im wondering, how much have you made of your clothing brand. I want to start my own I got sick designs im just worried it wont work? how did yours go
I wanna do this but which manufacturer charges these cheap prices? Im abt to release my 3rd drop and manufacturers charge like $9-$15 for a shirt depending on the amount of colors n blanks used
once u subtract your profit from what you spent to make the total orders, you're still negative. Up your sale price to where your profit is more than what it cost to make your clothing piece to start actually making money back
Correct, if you do run ads, then you should be taking them into account with every drop regardless. My last drop had $10 shirts as well as more expensive shirts and hoodies as well. Everything averages out in the end. It may cost a couple cents or a dollar to get that $10 shirt purchase, but there could be three or four other people who got to your page from the $10 shirt ad and ordered something else so at the end of the day it is net positive
Okay...but how do I find a manufacture that's going to sell me $5.00 t shirts? I haven't had any luck, any recommendations on who I should choose to manufacture my garments?

What are your thoughts on manually doing DTF printing for $10 - $15 tees? Being able to control inventory quantity at first would be nice, though I know the quality won't be as good as screen printing... I'd never consider DTF or DTG printing for a brand garment at full price. I also don't know the exact cost numbers for DTF (besides startup/printer costs) but assume it's not very high.
Just curious what’s the reason you won’t use DTF on a full price garment? Bad experience with quality? For reference I use a Audley DTF printer never had any complaints with quality, feel or durability
