I had a cystoscopy done by my urologist and he said I don't have BPH aka enlarge prostate. He told me I have OAB overactive bladder. But I'm very confused because my symptoms are more related to men with enlarge prostate.
For example, when I take a shower, I pee like 3 times, and when I pee only a little comes out. Also I am dribbling when I pee. Also sometimes when I have to pee i stand at the toilet for like 5 minutes before it actually comes out, and when it does come out I have to strained really hard for the urine to come out. That's not a symptom of an overactive bladder, is more like their is a restriction at the urethra and is blocking the urine from coming out because i have to strain hard lots of time for it to come out. Can a Urologist please help me clear this issue?!
    Thank you

I use intermittent catheters. You have to ask for it and insist on trying it. It has been a great relief for me.
I have the same symptoms you described. TRY THE CATHETERS !

I use intermittent catheters. 100% effective down to the last drop. 7 Years is over 12,000 bathroom stops without a problem.

Progesterone is a diuretic so that's why you pee more in that phase of your cycle. Can also sometimes cause constipation.
