Mad respect for David caring for the special needs animals. Myself having three one eyed cats and having had a paralyzed cat I know the effort it takes to care for them. Worth every bit of it though. As he said, they are family.

This has been one of my favourite stop and chats. I’ve only been skating just less than a year and I’ve not actually heard of David up until now. I’m not going to pretend like I know a lot about him but certainly from this episode he’s an awesome dude, amazing talent and really down to earth. So interesting and a genuine dude. For real, didn't know who he was, saw a vid of Dave riding a crappy skatepark and having fun and that's when I was hooked. Gnarly AF and great dude from what I can tell.

Gravette is seriously one of the best dudes hands down. Very very under rated skill and personality wise. Absolutely my favorite skater. Has been for over a few years now. Guys an awesome person and deserves more recognition than he’s got. Fucking legend. No doubt.

I have a cut nerve from a botched hernia surger,y 24/7 electric shocks in my leg. Seems everyone has at least one body part that is wrecked. Get well everyone.
WW that to me sounds like a malpractice lawsuit, wtf?!?!
Do you know what a lawsuit is?
Well guys when dealing with hernia surgery, there is a lot of leeway for injuries. . I did get a lawsuit but I couldn't sue the surgeon. Believe me I talked to many lawyers back then . Luckily with meds and marijuana I can keep the electric shocks down to a dull thump. And after 10/11 years of this I'm even skating a little each summer! You know what is really weird is the vibration of just kicking down the street actually feels good on my leg! It like levels each other out! In the end there are skaters with worse pain and worse injuries and they are still killing it, so if I can just do what I do I'm pretty happy.

Hav also been thinking about selling something and this was a reminder that I will figure it out.
The struggle with his hip was very humbling for me.
I'm not near that bad but trying to heal so I can push harder.activ rest like fishing and sk8ing a bit.
I also had a very similar surgery story of getting put under and waking up and hearing them talk and starting to realize almoat everybody has a fucked shoulder or does at some point.It seems to be a shitty joint.
