I didn’t have a skinny enough wrench either. So I placed 2x4 under the motor and jacked it up just enough where the motor was high enough to fit it. Only took a few pumps didn’t mess with anything else and it was much easier to change the belt too

Better then some of the gms you have to remove the engine mount to replace the belt

no one has the model equinox i have and i can't find a belt change video for my model, so i'm running extremly low on patients. aaaagggghhhhh
That one sucks to do. Best bet is to get a repair manual or look up diagrams. If I recall it doesn't have the mount in the way but is insanely tight and tough to do. I know, not much help sorry.
2008, 3.6L V6 VVT, the wheel arm is also in the way, and my motor mount, is way different than every video on youtube.
Yeah that's a different engine design entirely. I'd have to look in the books to see what's all in the way.

That is a lie, you do not need to remove motor Mount to replace monobelt. Unless to justify time so increase charges
