Parkour Narratives

- I've been working on this in some way or another since the start of the year. I've wanted to try branch out to a more personal feel in these movement videos for a couple years, but when it comes to it I always get too scared/self conscious and just leave it as movement.
Using some clips from my favourite podcasts felt like a great way to help guide my own narrative. So many of the conversations and thoughts in parkour relate to a lot of us in our own ways, this helped give me some confidence to try be a bit more open whilst hopefully being relatable to others!
There are full credits at the end but massive shout out to Sam Coppack for his wonderful podcast. It really has been a soundtrack for my year and kept me occupied during all the lockdowns x

Beautiful work. I've wanted to make something like this myself for a while now but didn't know how to get across everything I wanted to say - using the audio from podcasts is a great idea and you pulled it off incredibly. Looking forward to seeing what you make next 🙏
Really appreciate the support Hugo, thank you for the kind words, It would blow my mind to see videos that were even partially inspired by this one!
Will definitely check it out when you have something figured out for your video 🥰
Thanks again man!
Loved this so much Angus! It's really nicely put together, and has opened my eyes to some aspects of parkour I didn't even realise I had thought about. It's lovely to hear a different point of view, in contrast to my own. Keep up with these video man, they really are special!
Thanks mate!! Really glad it's engaging with people
