This is 100% real. Bears dont always attack. Most of the time when besrs come up on tents this is EXACTLY how it goes. You can also clearly see the bear paw prints in the doft ground right outside the tebt door if you bothered to look.

If you can see a bear's tonsils, you'll have to fight to stay alive. Old school camp craft with tent strings to provide an early warning and a cooking fire to burn all the left overs and packages was safer than modern camp practices.
You had bear spray, right? You went into bear country with protection, right? (FYI, I had a black bear come into my camp high up in King's Canyon. We fled and the bear tore apart our camp and ate all the food. The only protection I had was a Geber BMF and a hatchet.)

Now lets talk personal hygene . No deoderants no chapsticks no scented candales and not anything that smells sweet in your camp . Keep all of thar stuff 200 yrds at least. I also noticed the griz was just in smell mode well till you opened the door but regardless at this point snell brought him to your position all the bear wants is food thats what they smell out . Another tip no camping near dead carcus even bones . Even your clothes detergent can attract a bear even a shark if your in water . By the way the bear was acting i dont think an attack come from this but i bet this person s#it them self . People cant stress this enough ykur in the woods its not your home your in woldlife so act like it or die. Black bears can smell your chapstick a mile away a grizz can for up to 2 miles . So that peach flavored chapstick is just a seranade for the cource the bear will eat alive if its a black bear . Blavk bears attack to eat grizz attacks to kill and eat later .. Black bears will eat you alive . Even can use these tips around your home depends where you live .

Quebec winters are very long and bitterly cold, especially in the far north of Quebec, in James Bay, where I lived for a couple of years a long time ago. It was -60 degrees when I first arrived there. When I hear people complain about winter down here, I simply laugh, because it’s more like autumn or springtime for me. Lol Btw, I studied the Russian language for two years in college, and my professor would take us to the language lab, where we would put on headphones and listen to Russian songs to help us learn your very difficult but beautiful language.
