So pretty. I can tell by the way you handle it that it has great texture.I have not seen this combo before. I am definitely going to give it a try! Thank you for this great inspiration.
Wow, turned out beautiful! I am really enjoying watching your past videos, having just found you. Do you have a video showing all different ways to use it? You seem to come up with so many fun, cute and easy ideas!
Thank you so much, Robin! 😊💕 So glad you are enjoying my videos! I used this fabric paper to make a journal cover (I wrapped it around a hardcover book cover), although I didn't make a video. May just have to repeat this process with a follow-up tutorial on different uses, it was fun to make! 😊
I love this idea. I'm going to look for cheese cloth and lovely napkins to make this project. Thank you for sharing the best ink to stamp on this fabric paper. 💗
I'm not sure it would work as a lampshade. The heat from a lightbulb might warp or even ignite it. For safety reasons, I would stick to art/scrapbooking uses 😊
Thank you for watching! I mostly use this type of paper for journal covers or floating/stand-alone pockets. The texture is lovely, however the paper is quite thick, which somewhat limits it's uses. Happy crafting! 😊🌺
Yes, you absolutely can! The fabric paper may turn out just a little bit thicker, so maybe just layer less napkins. Thank you for watching! Happy crafting! 🤗🌺
Hi Lyn! Thank you for watching! You could make a decorative box by covering a regular show box with this material, add fun texture to other crafts or even frame it as artwork as other viewers suggested. Happy crafting! 😊🌺
By using the cheesecloth it gives the look of fabric. If you were to to actually use fabric and paper I imagine it would make it to bulky to use for her journal covers that she enjoys making. That is my take on it anyway. Either way it’s a very neat process.
Thank you for your great ideas! You’re very talented!❤😊
@@letymontes8989 Thank you so much! How very kind of you! 💖
I’ve used muslin but have never thought of cheese cloth. Time to try it. Thanks
Thanks, Cheryl! 😊 Happy crafting! 🤗🌷
Now I need to keep an eye out for napkins!

I would love to see this mixed media used as a lampshade.

How do you use this beautiful fabric paper to create other projects?
Thank you for watching! I mostly use this type of paper for journal covers or floating/stand-alone pockets. The texture is lovely, however the paper is quite thick, which somewhat limits it's uses. Happy crafting! 😊🌺
Would I be able to use regular tissue paper from the dollar tree instead of the vintage pattern paper? Thank you. ❤
Yes, you absolutely can! The fabric paper may turn out just a little bit thicker, so maybe just layer less napkins. Thank you for watching! Happy crafting! 🤗🌺
@chasingpaper2022 thank you so much. I love watching your channel
@@TonyaZepeda Thank you so much! I’m so glad you are enjoying my videos! 🤗🌺
What sort of things would you do with this? I don't do journals...ideas?
Hi Lyn! Thank you for watching! You could make a decorative box by covering a regular show box with this material, add fun texture to other crafts or even frame it as artwork as other viewers suggested. Happy crafting! 😊🌺
Does it come apart if you cut it?
Thanks for watching! No, the layers do not come apart
Could a person use tissue paper if no pattern paper?
Yes, absolutely! 👍
Love the video but it is not "fabric".
By using the cheesecloth it gives the look of fabric. If you were to to actually use fabric and paper I imagine it would make it to bulky to use for her journal covers that she enjoys making. That is my take on it anyway. Either way it’s a very neat process.
⬆This, exactly 😊 Cheesecloth allows us to create a unique texture! Thank you! 😊
Its more like lamination.
To Make a fabric out of paper its the momigami technic..
