Hey mate, coming to meet you after a long time. The display of my phone was broken. It took about a month and a half to fix it. The display was fixed last week. Anyway, it doesn't matter, I'm very happy to see your work progressing on your youtube channel. Good luck buddy❤️✌. Now i have so many new videos to look at in your channel😁😁
The stubby ones are for people who use what I call the low grip. When I grip the controller I use my ring finger and pinky and use my index finger for the triggers. This frees up my middle fingers to press the stubby ones. I never knew how much I needed them until I tried it. I got use to the PS4 back button attachment and loved it but wish they were higher because I kept on accidentally press the back buttons sometimes so I would have to leverage my middle fingers a little on the attachment to keep my grip from pressing the buttons. Changed the way I see back paddle. Dualsense Edge is great a handle if you have the budget for them.
You can use the paddles another way as well if you put the long ones in the opposite side they’re supposed to go in they still work and sit at a different angle to normal

For people that own the sony inzone H7/H9. Set the slider of the dongle to PC. Now you can adjust the volume/chatmix and mute from the edge controller.
the amount of creators i’ve seen put the paddles on wrong is astronomical 😂

yes it does, i keep mine on the shortest press at all times cuz it makes sense to me that the battery life would be increased since the trigger haptics would be disabled
What if you adjusted the deadzone settings in MW2 in-game controller advanced settings instead of in the dualsense edge controller settings, does one override the other? which one of the two should we use?
I would recommend setting the in game dead zone to default & doing the adjustments on the main PS5 settings. That way it carries over to other games too

I would yes...only because I personally like the concave thumb rests
What make me nervous is Triggers, because I play FPS games a lot and I want something like clicky (scuf for example) because even when you use the lowest option on, it still needs enough press to work (L2 and R2) so my question is when you changes the triggers sensitivity to lowest possible, does it still need enough press to work?
When you adjust the trigger sensitivity , you don’t even feel when you press ( my opinion )
My X and O buttons feel too squishy, the bottom half of the X button is almost flush with the controller and the feedback while clicking it is not the greatest. Do I have a defective unit and should consider returning? From what I can say, other people have this as well, wondering if this is in all of the Edges.

I’ve been using L1 & R1 for my shooting triggers since COD4 way back in my teens. I’m so use to L1&R1 but maybe I’ll try the new features for L2&R2
I think is faster because you can make the deadzone to 0 , I can't wait for 01/31 let see wish is faster , btw same cod4 was my first cod lol
Same here. Use R1 and L1 and and have been using R2 and L2 with the triggers at the shortest and it feels good. Just took me a bit to get used to it.

I think so. Especially when you combine it with a good sensitivity curve.
I couldn’t get used to the rounded off taller stick. They should have the dip like the regular controller. (Sorry don’t know correct terminology) I went ahead and put my kontrol freek back Jon

Just got mine and on your trigger segment when you said set it to Deadshot. It doesn't let you adjust that fat. How did you do it. And I have my trigger buttons flipped all the way down.
Loving the controller and glad it fits on the dualsense charging dock. Hoping some aftermarket companies will release something to add 2 more back buttons to it.
That's would be cool. I do have a pad with four back padels...I only really use to of though.
@@WhatGear same here, I use my Scuf instinct pro or reflex pro for rocket league. The extra 2 buttons are a game changer for me in that game. For most I'm cool with just the 2.
On the other hand , my opinion about this controller is I think Sony done amazing with it, for us pro controller virgins lol it’s super easy to use for our first and it’s like a beefy stock controller that feels like a standard controller with pro features I don’t regret buying

I just hate 1 thing why they didn't just used a hal sensor joystick instead of going through the development of the extraction system.
So sony can monitize their own problem instead of fully eradicating it.

As someone who has used Scuf, BattleBeaver, and many 3rd party pro controllers, i can certainly tell you that these are notoriously better than the 3rd parties. Theirs a reason why lots of pro cod creators etc use the Dualsense Edge & Xbox Series Pro controllers now. Theirs really no point in using 3rd parties unless if that’s what people prefer

It really depends on your play style. If you find that you snipe a lot you'd probably want it to be slower at the center of the circle. This could help to make fine adjustments when ADS.

from my experience the response time is great to me but it is my first pro controller but i can guarantee its better than the original

@@gaborkovacs8765 unfortunately wires are still faster...one day wireless may catch up but, it is a matter of fact. If you want to be a Pro Gamer the wire will give you an edge.
That's probably why Sony priorised the modular features over the larger battery.
