YUP! Don't even get me started on the 9th grader who was extorting a 6th grader in order to arrange a meeting with her popular friend, a 'got hot over summer' 9th grader who isn't even close friends with the original grifter. These kids are Machiavellian and they won. I'm writing grants in August.

Special Ed teacher here!! This was shared in my 20-person coworker text group, and we collectively agree this is painfully accurate. The public, and more importantly the parents, need to know how accurate this is. If you think it can’t possibly be true, either you don’t work with children, or this is your child and not only did you ignore all our phone calls home, but when we do get you on the phone you say, “And if them TEACHERS say something smart to MY child they can expect something smart back”. I was a troubled kid and became a teacher so that there was someone who understood as well as educated. I left with a broken heart after over 25 years because of entitled parents and administrators that forgot that their real “customers” are the kids. Parents have become worse in the last 10 years. And those parents saying “my child always gets the blame”, how about looking at it from someone who has to take care of your child for most of their waking day while you parents run them around to “after school activities”. How much time do you actually spend with your child? 🤨

This is one of the many reason I switched to Gimkit! Uses their actual name - but gives me the option to edit in their preferred name on day 1 when I set up the class, but it also lets me have random cute nicknames - like purple elephant, for them to pick, or lets them put in their nickname for the game. I’ll never go back to Kahoot.

These "Decades" of kids is something that's incomprehensible; and, most times, it's not bc of the Parent[s].... It's the drugs out there that resemble candy; the Rap music that is STILL negatively influencing our kids once they leave the home; it's the added vaccinations these kids receive, ie, they recv more vaccines than we did in the 1960s, 70s, and 80s, how corporate America is keeping parents working overtime, stealing Family Time with their kids; Gangs, accessible to weapons, etc , I can go on.....
So, don't blame Parents all the time! These kids are cussing out the Parents, now. You ask, why? Read this message, again......May Thy Heavenly Father Bless us, all!✝️🙏🏻👼🏼

We are not allowed to penalize students for late work, must allow then to retake tests they fail, no consequences for tardies, unexcused absences is the norm, and forget basic normal human behavior, them hallways are a hot mess with terrible behavior. You won students because the adults in charge are failing you.

@@tyinva1212 Even in the late 90's when I was in high school I saw how no matter how much time off teachers got, even with pay, I wouldn't want to be one. I had seen one of my teachers have to go to the hospital after getting their spine hurt all from a small "joke" that one of the students played on her by pulling her chair out from under her, for "fun". I saw one of my more elderly teachers start to cry from getting overly exhausted and fed up with the kids in one of my classes, and she finally just had to leave the class for a while.
Another one had to locate a whole class of students that decided it would be fun to leave the class room for the heck of it, just because the teacher had to go to the bathroom. Equipment and supplies got broken or stolen, and nothing got updated the way it needed to for everyone, with kids having to share things in groups sometimes to learn from something. I could only imagine with everyone having access to their phones and things like it's nothing now at days, how difficult teaching would be. I could only imagine some sort of computer devices being installed in people's homes, if not in class rooms in the near future to teach kids, because finding people to teach them will be impossible to fill out..

They have to watch the same ones, or they get mocked or shamed for not being cool enough to know which ones are viral. They're all a bunch of Disney lemmings.

As a 6th grader myself, I don’t think that stuff is funny but a lot of kids in my school are like “ahahahahaha skibidi gyatt” like wtf

Parents of Gen Alpha need to do something about this. These are the same ipad babies that raid Sephoras. These are the same students over relying on AI for their homework. These are the frauds that prefer to cheat instead of learn because they prefer the easy way out. I'm a new Gen Z parent of a newborn and I'm already shocked by how my baby fresh out of the womb seems hypnotized by my phone sometimes. I'm def limiting screen time. I'm raising my kid. I'm not letting the screen do my job as a mother. If you're raising a spoiled brat... please. DO BETTER. The loud obnoxious kids are ruining it for the well behaved ones. When children don't learn that there are consequences for misbehaving, then we are contributing to raising a brand new generation of future criminals. If we don't take care of our children responsibly, then the law will discipline them when they're adults. Our children deserve better parenting. We owe it to them and mankind basically... duh.
