Thanks for the update. I have been looking at purchasing a new driveshaft these past few days to replace the factory one. This is great news!!! Subscribed
Hey brotha. I have a ram rebel 2020. And my transmission went out. Got a new one from the dealership but the new one not connecting to the ECU. Any suggestions 🙏🏼
Long time watcher, first time commenter. How obvious is this clunk? I have a 22 TRX and don’t know if I hear or feel it or not. I do have a weird little click that happens (sounds like from the front end) when going from park to drive or reverse to drive etc. not sure if I have a rear end clunk tho.
Mine had the loose lower control area bolt. Dealer said it’s the only one they have ever seen. Now I have drive shaft cluck.I just haven’t had a chance to make the appointment to get it fixed. My service adviser knows about it just have to schedule it. I have noticed a cluck while under way also, not just from a start or stop. Mine is a 24 Final Edition.
What are the torque specs for the drive shaft bolts? I’ve tried asking different dealers and get very different numbers from all of them. I really want to do this myself I don’t want to take it anywhere. It’s hard to trust people with a vehicle like this.
I own a 24’ TRX and I’m still experiencing the dreaded driveshaft clunk. Dealer told me that CDJR addressed the driveshaft issue for the 24’ models, and nothing could be done.
@@x2xplaguex2x Mine started sometime around 750 miles. The first couple of times it was a bit nerve wrecking. The truck now has 2,350 miles. I've noticed if you let the truck start to roll before getting on the gas pedal, it helps prevent the clunk.
Thank you Tyler, and greetings from the TRX owners from Russia!
I had my driveshaft changed to the new model right around the time the TSB came out, so far so good.

Thank you for posting this information.
Thanks for making an updated video. Everyone thought I was crazy when I posted in the big FB group 😂
Thanks for the TRX info. I have a '22 with low miles. How many miles does it normally take for the clunk to show up?
Audio is great.

Just had mine done, feels great so far, hoping this is a permanent fix. Had the re-grease tsb and it worked for around 3k miles and slowly came back.
Anyway to do a video comparing both drive shafts to see what the differences are?
