Everyone asking if they can do it if its black if u have a slim or phat model u can if u have a E model u cant really do it only half of the plate can be custom since one side is glossy phat consoles faceplates can be taken off easily with force. But if u have a slim model u will need a t10 and t8 screwdriver to remove the faceplate it dont matter the color as long as u dont have a launch slim console u can u can easily tell if ur slim is a launch because it will be glossy and non launch will be matte. So in the end yes u can customize any phat console and most slim and u can sorta customize a E console
