The best part of hua hin is the chaa-aam area it’s the northern side of hua hin but this apartment is nice too as well 😅.
This condo has some nice features and some others that were not so nice. I would get rid of the mirror in the kitchen and also change out that dark glassy looking tile(s). And that chandelier was ugly to me so that would have to go also. Nice counter top as it looks pretty long so lots of room there. Over all I'd give the unit a 7 out of 10. :)
And of course the presenter is a 10. :)

How long do these buildings last, so close to the salt air of the ocean? Will there be hefty special assessments in the future, for major maintenance or repairs?
This is 100% the best condo in Hua Hin. I have stayed there many times in last 10 years.

Over priced for Hua Hin - the prices are way way up - mostly rigged by realtors!
The actual price should be no more than 3.2-3.4 mill THB

you cannot find cheaper anything so close to beach. That condo is right on the beachfront. Normal price. 2 bedroom in that condo you cannot find cheaper then USD 300.000 and that price stays like that for years. Not going up. So this is actually cheap
