I have slept SOOO much better from dark screen rain! It just lulls you to sleep. It reminds me of summers at my grandparents... A safe and happy place.

That’s how everything stays so green and the agricultural crops grow so well in this part of the world. On summer nights we can hear the rain better, because our screen windows are open at least partway. It’s a very peaceful sound! Rain is associated with summertime just as much as the opposite- snow is associated with wintertime.
I like the ones where a few minutes into the relaxing rain you get an almighty thunderclap that sounds like an M80 just went off next to your ear. So soothing.
I use this every singe night, I have anxiety and this is the only way I can ignore the intrusive thoughts, Focusing on the rain sounds helps me a lot. Thank you🌸
I have had the issues you noted as well as a few others but the most intrusive are thoughts at bed time that never would slow down. This sound tract... and a melatonin cocktail with Gaba, lavender extract - does the job for me. It has taken years to get things I needed but now I have a reasonable amount of sleep most of the time. I have trouble getting into deep sleep, I usually only get about 20 minutes of it a night. Last Night I played this all night and was delighted to find out I was in deep sleep for an hour and thirty minutes last night. I'm sold. Without enough deep sleep I tend to ALWAYS feel tired. This will become part of my routine.

I’m new to the sleep type channels and the black screen with it as well. I’ve tried listening to quite a few of the “Rain” videos to help sleep and I really haven’t found one that I enjoyed enough to go back to. Not until I listened to this one “Rain sounds for sleeping dark screen”. This one I liked from the beginning. Idk what the difference in any of them are, but something in this one really caught my brain’s attention. It could be the subtlety of some of the little sounds floating around or the pattern of the way the rain is falling or what. No matter what it is, and I may never figure the differences of any of them, the sounds of this rain for sleeping has helped out tremendously. TY & Sleep On

How peaceful - how calming - how very pleasant it's made my day. The Beast is in a very good place. There's a freshness to nature after having conversed with the powers of the sky throughout the night. I understand I have a voice in determining where my life takes me - and I use it often. Now to go out and enjoy the nature we are part of. By creation, we are part of all things, and all things (most things) accept us and respect us when we respect them and their given place. My mom passed away last year on December 5th . One night while I was in the hospital with her I picked this song to sooth her pain and go to sleep. We both listened this song a couple of times. Every time Ii hear this sing it brings me back treasure memories of our last times together and I cry. The pain of losing your mom it breaks you in half. I miss her everyday.

I have trouble getting into deep sleep, I usually only get about 20 minutes of it a night. Last Night I played this all night and was delighted to find out I was in deep sleep for an hour and thirty minutes last night. I'm sold. Without enough deep sleep I tend to ALWAYS feel tired. This will become part of my routine.

I’m new to the sleep type channels and the black screen with it as well. I’ve tried listening to quite a few of the “Rain” videos to help sleep and I really haven’t found one that I enjoyed enough to go back to. Not until I listened to this one “Rain sounds for sleeping dark screen”. This one I liked from the beginning. Idk what the difference in any of them are, but something in this one really caught my brain’s attention. It could be the subtlety of some of the little sounds floating around or the pattern of the way the rain is falling or what. No matter what it is, and I may never figure the differences of any of them, the sounds of this rain for sleeping has helped out tremendously. TY & Sleep On

This video just went off, and I realized I'd slept through a peaceful night of listening - and continued listening - for hours after I awoke. How peaceful - how calming - how very pleasant it's made my day. The Beast is in a very good place. There's a freshness to nature after having conversed with the powers of the sky throughout the night. I understand I have a voice in determining where my life takes me - and I use it often. Now to go out and enjoy the nature we are part of. By creation, we are part of all things, and all things (most things) accept us and respect us when we respect them and their given place. Respect the space give to any creature - human being - or not. We have a sacred space we call our own - so do all things.

My mom passed away last year on December 5th . One night while I was in the hospital with her I picked this song to sooth her pain and go to sleep. We both listened this song a couple of times. Every time Ii hear this sing it brings me back treasure memories of our last times together and I cry. The pain of losing your mom it breaks you in half. I miss her everyday.
