Checklist:
• A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
• Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
• Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
• a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
• Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨
•Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈
Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. 📖

Recently, the only one out of my friend group who could drive got in an accident. He was always driving us around to places and even turned down money to help him cover the gas he spent on us. Watching this kind of reminded me of sneaking out late, having fun with friends, and him driving me home cause I wasn’t sober enough to get myself home. Hell, he was always the only one sober, just so we’d get home alright. I miss you buddy, thanks for the drive home.

This is my go to sleep aid. I find that when playing this while I sleep I tend to not wake up several times during the night giving me a good solid block of sleep. Not sure why this is, perhaps the sound kind of numbs the brain a little and stops other noises from being registered.

I just want to say how awesome this comments section is! We were all meaningfully impacted by Jurassic Park, and it shows. I was 4 years old when the first one came out in June 1993. My mom took me to see it, wondering if it might be too scary for me. But just the opposite: I loved it! There's something so timeless about the first one.
I've tried a lot of these type videos and this is the best one I've found so far!
It's a perfect rain sound for sleep and the TV screen really is black throughout the video...which is great! Other sleep videos I've tried seem to cast a dim light in the room...just light enough to keep me from sleeping soundly. This one is great! thanks!

I've listened to ALOT of rain sounds trying to find the perfect one, with no luck they either have thunder in (which really panics me when trying to sleep) or they sound too harsh & artificial & sound like frying eggs, so I want to truly say THANK YOU SO MUCH AT LAST RAIN SOUNDS THAT SOUND GENUINE! this sounds like EXACTLY when it rains naturally outside my window
