I love Scotland. I was there forty years ago and spent about three weeks in Edinburg and the Highlands. Would love to go back and see Aberdeen, Dundee, Perth and Inverness and Stirling. Go have proper tea. Thanks for posting. Austin is cool too! Mt. Bonell anyone? Day hi to Texas for me- I lived in Dallas for five and half years.
Aberdeen, Dundee, Perth and Inverness are all worth a look... I feel like they often get left behind on the typical tourist routes (Inverness not as much). I hope you get the chance to visit again. Thanks!

Lived in Stonehaven most of my life, don't forget to visit at Hogmanay for the Fireballs its a truly special event.
Yes!!! For anyone who is wondering, Hogmanay is the Scots word for the last day of the old year and is synonymous with the celebration of the New Year.

I would recommend the cabrach aswell , it's a really remote and haunting part of Aberdeenshire /moray

Bro. I saw your first Aberdeen top 10 and loved the second just as much. I’m planning a trip to Scotland this September which will be my first outside of the US where I live. Your videos gave me all the reason I need to add Aberdeenshire to the itinerary!

@@andreak8202 It was amazing!! I made it to a couple of the places in these videos and it was so worth it. My Scotland experience was darn near life changing! I made it to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Aberdeen, Inverness, Loch Ness and passed through a few others. Such a beautiful country. What will you go to see?

Thanks, so glad you enjoyed it. Check out the DJI mini. I have had both the first version and the second version. They now have a third version. I believe it is one of the best value for money drones that you can buy. Enjoy!
@@HarlieRaethel so kind of you to reply and share the details. I just checked out dji mini 3 on the web. Cool product indeed & budget friendly too. I'm new to Aberdeen and am not sure if there are any licenses required to operate drones around this area? Did you have one when you used yours here?
The rules for drone flying have changed in recent years. They also seem to vary quite a lot country to country. We moved from Scotland back to the USA in 2022 so I wouldn’t want to give you advice on current rules in the UK. However the rules are typically less for the DJI mini as it is so small. All the best.
Kintore actually sits in an old Roman encampment. Especially the school area.

You dont sound like you are american! You sound like an Australian or New Zealander! How did the lack or warmth and sun, particularly in the winter, make you feel, as you are from a warmer and sunnier part of the world?
The darkness was probably the hardest part of the North East Scottish winter. I'm and Australian but I don't mind the cold....
Scotland seems a far better country nowadays to raise a family than the US.
