Oh if I drink and drive I could kill someone ? is this what he learned .Oh I better not do this again .He learned nothing he is a POS he gets to live she is dead .HE STILL HAS FREEDOM TO DO WHAT EVER HE WANTS .Bullshit to that .He did one year in jail ,pathetic and you think its a good thing he got a second chance .He should still be in prison he should have never gotten out .Pathetic and so are you for thinking this way . He is a killer plain and simple and the worst kind ,he deliberately made a decision to drive while drunk, and every person he drove past was at risk that night ,he has no right to endanger people lives, he deserves nothing . he deserves to be rotting in a prison cell.

Forgiveness is through the love of Jesus Christ, the family had that grace and forgave McTavish.
The only difference between McTavish and myself at that time is that I never hit anyone while driving drunk.
Everyone deserves a second chance. Congratulations Craig for turning it around with the vast help and prayers of that woman's family.
God bless the family for they are true believes in the Lord our God.

Kim Radley is dead because of this POS.He got to continue his career and has his life, and freedom . But yeah he is sorry ,he didn't mean to kill her ,he didn't mean for it to happen. And you and your god shit leave that for Sundays .Dont bring that bullshit up when someones life was taken and someone committed a crime , he doesn't deserve forgiveness he deserves to be in prison .

@@christopherhopkins949 Sorry don't agree with that at all. Drunk driving causing death is worse than murder. You are risking everyone around you while you are driving impaired.Killed one person ,fortunate that it was only one ,but what gives him the right to do such a horrible act. Oh he used poor judgement, bullshit to that nonsense. One year in prison that's the problem with the justice system, there isn't one .Why does he deserve another chance ,why ? He made a mistake , and he will have to live with it the rest of his life ? Bullshit to that let his ass rot in jail for the rest of his life .Why do people get off with killing people when they are driving impaired ?Absolute nonsense .Anyone caught impaired driving 2 years in jail no time off for good behaviour, second offence 10 years ,third life in jail plain and simple .What give anyone the right to drive a vehicle impaired its a form of attempted murder ,they are putting every persons life at risk that they drive past or near . There is no way anyone should have forgiven this POS for doing such a terrible crime ,and for the family to forgive him for it ,is ludicrous. Why should he have a life and freedom when he committed a crime and took another persons life ,and zero accountability, what a year in jail big deal. Wake up people this is what is wrong with society .Awe he didn't mean it ,he's sorry , he wont do it again .pathetic, just pathetic.

I started watching hockey when I was 5 in 1985. I could never figure out as a young kid why he wasn't wearing a helmet. When I was older and understood the helmet rule I couldn't figure why he would want to play without a helmet given how dangerous the sport was. As an adult they introduced the mandatory visor rule and I think it's ridiculous. If it was truly a safety thing the players would all be wearing full shields with neck and wrist guards. Let the players decide.
As far as Kim Radley goes, Craig is lucky the family was as forgiving as they were. If that was my daughter, I wouldn't have been.

Dany Heatley anyone? These are unfortunate and unrespectable acts of civil life. Evident of personal problems. We all have these but these are extremes. Whatever you feel is messed or wrong. Go see a pro. They are for that. Neither of these ever had to happen. MacTavish era it was way more hush. I am glad the players sign in for the player assistance program. These guys take bone breaking hits, perform like pros still all night long, specially playoffs. That alone can't be treated only on opiates "because you want to play and think you get up next season". I respect immensely all players who drop the towel and join assistance program as I seen my professional previous career what that would mean to keep it going. Despite all we think maybe, the world has gone lenghts from MacTavish era.
