I made this today and it was my worst experience because she uses normal rice flour but in real authentic teokbokki they use glutinous rice flour because of that the rice cake become stiff and hard there is nothing like chewy consistency kindly please don’t make rice cakes like she told otherwise maybe you too suffer like me😢 NOTE- No hate to the page owner it’s just for full information of people who tried her recipe

When you did that one extra step before preparing dough and said it will make the rice cakes extra soft - did you mean just soft or soft and chewy. If no, than how to make it more chewy?

Although we have other channels who have shared the recipe (that's how I know how it's made ... but since you simplify things a lot and give us alternatives too, whether in ingredients or for the process of cooking), I wish to see a recipe from you please ... that is, of course, ifffff you can :) P.S : Although not related to this channel but I'd like to add a request regarding your HMM channel too here please - which is - I miss your regular masti wale vlogs with your family with a little bit of cooking as you used to do earlier on the HMM channel. Please do those also although the breakfast vlogs are helpful too but those used to be very cute and fun to watch. Please continue doing those also. Just a humble request.

You can do it right away, no need to rest the dough. But you can test the dough if you want. Not an issue

You have to boil it in hot water in medium flame for like 10 min then put it in cold water
