Hello, First of all, aap spot fat reduction nahi kar sakte hai.. aisa nahi hota ki kewal upper body se fat jam hogaya.. jab aap calories deficit me hote ho to overall body se fat kam hota hai.. aap nahi decide karsakte ki upper body ho ke lower se ya body ke ek part se. Rahi baat muscles ki, female itni aasani se muscles gain nahi kar sakti kyuki hormone support nahi karte. Aap aram se ye workout kare, aapki fitness ke liye aur weight loss ke liye aacha hai.
sir kya mein aise kar sakta hun ki agar ek hafte mein 4 din ex karun n toh 4 din mein arms ki karun jisme bicep, tricep shoulder sab kii aaye ya har din alag alag kyun ki mujhe mostly apne sir arms and back train karni hai so plzz tell🙂🙂and your videos are amazing . I literally gain muscle by your resistance training

Most of the people have slight differences between left and right body parts. I think it should be okay. If you’re talking about the muscles then try doing more reps with your left shoulder when you do your shoulder workout.

Har muscle group ko week mein at least 2 baar train karen.

bro i have a problem that if i follow breathing pattern i cannot count my reps
Then don't count. Stop when you are not able to lift anymore.
