I spend a fair bit of time in PH cycling as the misses heritage is there, I am based in Aklan central Visayas and I am slowly starting to see more and more cyclist every year I go there. When I started off in 2016 I saw no other cyclist now I see small groups all in matching gear etc. I am thinking that there may well be a loop of the Island that could be a perfect as a adventure bike packing location, my guess the loop would be around 200+ miles and you have the option of stopping at Caticlan ferry port to catch the boat to Boracay which is a really nice location with beech etc. I will be back there later in the year and take my bike packing stuff see what is off the beaten track near iloilo, I will concur it is very safe, no where as developed as say Thailand but the people are enthusiastic and friendly..

Any tips/suggestions about Lane Filtering? There are vehicles out there who completely invade lanes. Some of em belittles/trashtalks cyclists saying, "Go use the bike lane!" And yet, theyre the ones who invades it.
