Separate shower in both heads, phenomenal. Maybe this fact conditions the possibility of having enough space for a 3rd cabin (for miscellaneous storage or guest). Anyway, pretty nice boat👌🏻

The TV and kitchen sink should be reversed as it doesn't look like the TV is front of the seating area, otherwise very nice boat.

The Price is high for what you get.. You can get a Pajot My5 for half the price and has more space, storage, living spaces, Bedrooms etc. This boat would sell like hot cakes at around 750k to 1.25M. I think 2.5M is a little pricey for a 50 Monohull... I looked it up because I was interested but the price though..
