I agree with most that have commented. I am in the business of ship design and THIS is what i would do for my own. The tones. The feel. The layout. Nearly all of it. I mean you would go through about 500 gallons of Pledge a year but so worth it. GORGEOUS vessel. Absolutely timeless.
She really is beautiful with the refits having been done very tastefully. Her original character has been retained but she now offers all modern ammenities. The options offered by the cockpit and two saloons is really awesome. Contempory finishes on boats can be nice but real class like this is what I'd be looking for. Thanks Tony.
She lovely! A formal dining room creates an event instead of just a meal. What a platform for a Christmas party. Zero speed stabilizers means no spilling champagne at dock. Thank you!
You are right Tony they don't make them like this anymore, The interior is absolutely stunning, I love the woodwork on this yacht it looks so classy and timeless. Great tour thank you.
Absolutely glorious. I had the great pleasure to own the smaller 92’ Palmer Johnson which was virtually identical in layout and styling. Jack Hargrave magic.
Hello fellow Packer fan! I am from the UP originally. I love seeing these Burgers as well. They are currently building two brand new 180' models so hoping to tour one of them late next year.
@YachtAddiction Nice! I visit the Burger web page frequently. I see they have a 180 footer under construction. I dream of win ing the lottery so I can afford the 214 footer they have floor plans for.
Great review on this classic and classy yacht. To me, the best feature it's high room ration (public/non working room count divided by the guest lower berth count). On inclement weather days, there is a spaciousness where people can enjoy an indoor activities without disturbing or being disturbed by others.
Wow! What a beautiful and high-quality yacht. Unfortunately, lifestyles have changed dramatically and is reflected in today's yacht designs. Perhaps the amount of trees that had to be harvested sealed its fate as a relic of the past. Thanks for the memories with a nice video tour.😊
Great job on the video. Were I able to afford something like this, I would definitely go for a classic. There is a level of craftmanship in the older yachts that I think is missing in the newer boats, if only because of the lack of resources to build them with, so newer boats rely on synthetic materials by necessity. So to see a classic, updated yacht that has preserved as much of the original craftmanship as possible is a real treat. This is a truly beautiful boat, and a lot of value for whoever ends up owning it.
I've been watching your videos since you started (before you said "head" and "galley" and instead said bathroom and kitchen etc. ;-)) and you really are getting very good at this and you have seen enough now to make real comparisons, I am so glad you see the beauty in this yacht, it's just head and shoulders above whats out there today with the laminated cabinets, the wall paper, the ikea looking furniture etc. This is a real ship, a real classic yacht, and I hope someone buys it and keeps it as is for another 20 years.
Wow! I'm with you, Tony. I love this old style classic all wood interior. This style really goes back to the early twentieth century. So elegant. I hope you can find more like this to show us in future. Ciao
This lovely lady oozes class and a stately life on the water. Burgers are built like swanky tanks. This lady has quality updates and obviously maintained in Bristol condition. I imagine a closer look would yield a need for updated some electronics but the price point on her is a good value.
Always liked Burger's, and this one is a beauty. Love that they have kept the woodwork too. So many are stuck on everything white these days, and it's refreshing to see a boat with some colors for a change.
Wow, a stunning motor yacht. Worth every penny in my opinion. I absolutely love the doors with the docking controls, that's the first and only time I've ever seen that. You did miss the stunning heavy-duty docking hardware in the cockpit and paid scant attention to the anchoring hardware that's the boats jewelry. I also would have liked to see the ships horns, I bet they were as stunning as everything else on the yacht. It's the perfect opportunity for someone with new money to move into the echelon of old money. I only wish it was me, LOL.
It is so warm and cozy, so much character, unlike modern vessels, so cold, uninviting drab looking, a lot look like cheap hotels, all the same tones. Saving this in case of a miracle, I win a Big Lotto Jackpot😊😊😊😊😊😊
I have always liked the Burger yachts because they're built in Manitowoc Wisconsin this one is a very fine example of the superior woodwork and also the fact that it's an aluminum hull makes this a very durable long-lasting yacht It has many years of life left
Love your reviews - great work. This is a very very classy yacht - the finish is to an incredibly high standard and something you really don't see so much of any more. A lot of new boats are styled to look like hotel rooms where as this has a real sense of being on a yacht. It's somewhere I would really want to spend time as it's welcoming, comfortable and generous in its look and style. Love this a lot !
I've been watching yacht videos for years. This may be my favorite (tho I'd go for matte finish instead of glossy for the wood). I hate the hyper-modern interior styling of new yachts.
The Patek World Timer of yachts, The AP Offshore Gulf Edition of yachts, The Richard Mille RM 0025 of Yachts, the Vicheron Constantine Gran Tourbillon of yachts, the Rolex Yachtmaster II of yachts. If Burger was a RUclipsr, they would be the Mr.Beast mixed with Kirby Allison and Yacht Addiction. If Burger Yachts were a president...you already know who he would be... All kidding aisde, these are some very exquisite yachts owned by some classy and some unclassy people. They were always considered to be 'gentlemen yachts' though. Even the unclassy people that owned them, respected them and respected the old school tradition of yachting from back in the 50's and 60's. There used to be a group of owners that met in the Azores every March and they would travel together to France and then to Italy and then in November they would head down to St. Barth's and hang out there until New Years. Awesome group of about 12 people on 3 or 4 boats.
Beautiful older yacht and well maintained 👍Seems to be more of a Great Lakes yacht, than say the Bahamas. A lot of enclosed area, which is fine, but not as much going on in the area of Sun decks…JMO🤷♂️
It has new AC so it could work in the Bahamas but I get your point about deck space. That wasn’t as big of a focus on these classic models compared to new models. But I think you could make it work for both the Great Lakes or Bahamas! Thanks for your comment!
I like this yacht very much. I would have double beds in the guest cabins instead of the singles. I like the wood interior. The only thing I didn't care for was the access to the upper deck. Perhaps a stair from the cockpit, either side, or even both. I like the yachts from the 60s, 70s, and 80s. I like boats that look like boats instead of spaceships.
A groovy look at this classic yacht. Everything looks perfect, but where does the chef and the servers live? There seems to be a place for the Captain and the crew but that's it.
Love Burger Yachts. The Rolls-Royce of yachts...or the Porsche 918 Nurburgring Edition. The LFA Nurburgring Edition. The Bugatti Bolide Nocturnis Edition.
In the boating industry, "semi-displacement" refers to a type of hull design that combines characteristics of both displacement hulls and planing hulls. Displacement Hulls are designed to displace water as the boat moves through it. They are typically characterized by a deeper draft, a rounded bottom, and a hull shape that creates a relatively smooth and stable ride. Displacement hulls are more fuel-efficient at lower speeds but may become less efficient as speeds increase. Planing Hulls on the other hand, are designed to rise up and ride on the water's surface as speed increases. They have a flatter bottom and are generally faster than displacement hulls at higher speeds. However, they may not be as fuel-efficient at lower speeds. Semi-Displacement Hulls aim to blend the characteristics of both displacement and planing hulls. These hulls typically have a modified V-shape that allows the boat to ride on top of the water to some extent, offering improved speed and fuel efficiency compared to a pure displacement hull. However, they also retain some of the stability and seakeeping qualities of displacement hulls. The semi-displacement design is often chosen by boat manufacturers to provide a compromise between the fuel efficiency and stability of a displacement hull and the higher speed capabilities of a planing hull. Boats with semi-displacement hulls are versatile and can handle a range of speeds, making them suitable for various boating activities, from leisurely cruising to faster-paced activities like water sports.
Nice tour but having 2 ensuites in the owners cabin seems rather redundant and the 2 other staterooms should have been designed to be more accommodating for when there are couples aboard..
Maybe you can follow a specific order to show the different area in every series . To be honest, I usually lose my senses of direction by it. And please do avoid the sudden turning or shaking cameras.
It’s a well done boat, but it isn’t my style. This yacht definitely seems like it was built for the owner to stay on it during long journeys, but as a result, it lacks a lot of open air.
Obviously everything is negotiable! These yachts require a LOT of maintanance so the price can often reflect the recent upgrades. The 2022 updates were almost $2 million to complete! Theoretically they could have delayed the upgrades and listed this for cheaper, but then the new owner would have had to still do the updates if they wanted to keep it sea worthy.
In many cases, motor yachts are produced in limited quantities, especially for custom or semi-custom builds. Limited production can lead to higher per-unit costs. The combination of high-quality materials, advanced technology, customization, and the luxurious features associated with motor yachts contributes to their elevated price tags. Additionally, brand reputation can further influence the cost of these luxury vessels.
Really sorry but you're swinging the camera around too much and it's giving me a headache. I think it would be better if you went in the room one way and just kept flowing around instead of standing in one place and doing circles. It is a really nice boat but unfortunately I can't watch the whole thing I only got to the dining room before I had to stop watching
Great job Tony! Thank you for stopping by and for your nice comments about this very special yacht.
Thanks for having me!
Modern designers could learn so much from a gorgeous yacht like this.
Again, you find me an new favorite.
LOVE the interior. So much life and charm versus the more modern style, and definitely more cozy
It oozes charm and timeless elegance in my opinion!
A proper 'gentleman's' yacht. Very classy! Love the woodwork!
Glad you liked it!

Well said!
This is a "floating 5 star hotel" !! True classic !!
I agree!
Absolutely stunning my favourite yacht on any super yacht channel I wish I was a millionaire so I could own it.
I’m glad we found the dream yacht for you!
She lovely! A formal dining room creates an event instead of just a meal. What a platform for a Christmas party. Zero speed stabilizers means no spilling champagne at dock. Thank you!
Gorgeous. A gentleman's classic yacht for sure.
You are right Tony they don't make them like this anymore, The interior is absolutely stunning, I love the woodwork on this yacht it looks so classy and timeless. Great tour thank you.
Thank you!
Absolutely glorious. I had the great pleasure to own the smaller 92’ Palmer Johnson which was virtually identical in layout and styling. Jack Hargrave magic.
That sounds incredible!
I'd love to sit on the upper deck sun pad with Scotch on the rocks & smoking a nice Cuban cigar! It's such a beautiful yacht I Love it 💯
sounds like a good time!
I love classic yachts. This one is so tastefully done and in such beautiful condition.
this is a Yacht, Class, Class, Class eat your heart out Azimut, Princess etc.
OMG.This is one of my favorite interior on this channel. It oozes class everywhere.
It sure does!
I too love this classic beauty!
Me too!
Great yacht. 118 is the perfect yacht length.
This is exactly what a yacht is supposed to look like. Thank you
A true classic!
Wow, the woodwork is amazing…
The woodwork is simply amazing. None does it anymore.
All I can say STUNNING!
Beautiful boat....
It sure is!
I'm from Wisconsin and I love seeing Burger Boats yachts. I've been waiting to see a video of one.

That was a typo. I am hoping to film the first 180’ late next year!
@@YachtAddiction that just made my day, sir! I can't wait for that video!

Can't think of anything to add. Magnificent ship.
Great tour Tony 👌.
Thank you!
Beautiful classic.
I'm reminded of a Manhattan penthouse! Stunning!!
Absolutely!
Wow! What a beautiful and high-quality yacht. Unfortunately, lifestyles have changed dramatically and is reflected in today's yacht designs. Perhaps the amount of trees that had to be harvested sealed its fate as a relic of the past. Thanks for the memories with a nice video tour.😊
That is the most beautiful yacht I have seen in many years of looking.
It's a special one!
Yes, it is!
Absolutely stunning.

You are correct, they don't build yachts like this anymore. I'd buy it in a heartbeat, if I could. Spend the remainder of my life with her.
What a beautiful boat
Tony is the only one im subscribed to, This yacht is absolutely gorgeous, wow
Agreed!

What a wonderful ship It's absolutely beautiful inside and out.There's only 1 problem,...my name's not on it's title...yet.
You'll have to fix that asap!
Absolutely STUNNING!

The best I ever saw
You find and video the most amazing old yachts. I'm torn between this and the Broward 125. Great job!!!
Thank you! I always am on the hunt for special yachts like this.
Great tour. What a lovely classic yacht, with ample space instead of cramming in too many cabins :)
Thanks for watching! I was loving this one!

Well done. Love the layout.
We must have missed it because there certainly must be laundry facilities. Really nice boat.
I believe they’re in one of the hallway closets! Thanks for watching!
This boat is beautiful. ".
Wow it’s amazing 🎉
Awesome!
Amazing love it❤🎉👍🥂
I'm glad you loved it!
Amazing!!!!!!
Love it !!
I can't imagine needing more of a yacht.
WOW !!!

You could probably add a staircase/ladder from the cockpit. Thanks for watching!
Classic n elegant. It is not the clone, plastic looking boats of today.
It sure is!
This yacht is a complete dream machine, a true yacht, not some techno clorox bottle.
A groovy look at this classic yacht. Everything looks perfect, but where does the chef and the servers live? There seems to be a place for the Captain and the crew but that's it.
Spectacular. It looks brand new ... I'd be curious what the cost of ownership and maintenance would be?
I hope you get a commission if this sells because of your channel.
Love Burger Yachts. The Rolls-Royce of yachts...or the Porsche 918 Nurburgring Edition. The LFA Nurburgring Edition. The Bugatti Bolide Nocturnis Edition.
Of course
Im interested to know the cost of electrical conversion to 240v 50hz.
Serious party barge.
Going to need a few mirrors in the tables...
I'll take it.
You deliver to Australia and pay the import and customs fees.
Excellent layout best I've seen for quite awhile.
It's been two months now, why haven't you arrived?
Semi displacement?

Biggest concern I have is the aluminum hull. I’ve seen them eat up again and again
Beautiful though
Question: does a yacht like this need an engineer as part of the crew or is the captain the engineer too
I missed the crew quarters.....(I think)
Nice tour but having 2 ensuites in the owners cabin seems rather redundant and the 2 other staterooms should have been designed to be more accommodating for when there are couples aboard..
This yacht its very nice done in all way, but only need a better layout, 118ft yacht with only 2 guest gabins? 🤔😏
This is a beautiful boat but i would be afraid to sit any where fearing i 😮might get something dirty.
Buy
Maybe you can follow a specific order to show the different area in every series . To be honest, I usually lose my senses of direction by it. And please do avoid the sudden turning or shaking cameras.
Seems over priced, but it is nice
