Game 4 of the ALCS goes to the Houston Astros. Yankees fans react to the game! The New York Yankees get swept. In 4 games to the Houston Astros on their own field. A pathetic display of baseball by the New York Yankees in 4 games. Pathetic and sickening. Jeremy Pena with a 3 run home run in the 3rd to tie the game up off an injured Nestor Cortes. Timely hits from Yuli Gurriel, Yordan Alvarez and Alex Bregman help the Astros win the pennant once again against the Yankees.

I know you get a lot of these, but even as an Astros fan.....I got both satisfaction and sympathy watching the helplessness in your face with every single strikeout and defensive gem. Exactly how I felt in 2020 against Tampa. Swear they had 11 fielders out there and could literally punt the ball to each other and still get the out. Btw, I have a lot of respect for your reaction to the call on the review. As a long time Astros fan I feel your pain. It's good to be on the winning side lately As much as I don't root for the Yankees, ive always thought of them as a first class organization. They condiuct themselves like the consummate professionals.

I couldn't do what you do, suffer from beginning to end: well, I can, oddly, if I'm listening to the game on the radio, but on TV, I get too nervous and lower the volume, or cover my eyes . . . but you, Yankees Fan, you're my newest hero for watching every painful moment. You've got guts, kid. Oh, Astros fan here . . . longer probably than you've been alive, so I've got a lot of painful memories as well. 1986. 16 innings. Loss to Mets. Still hurts.

I feel your pain...!!. Been there and done that...100 lost games seasons x3.5... buddies buying me a beer out of pity watching SND Padres games...as they beat the NL Astros...watching #27,,#2, #4, et al, playing and trying to compete and growing. then seeing them in Anaheim in the AL division, I saw good players become great players...It has been a long journey.., Now, The Yankees have a glorious and illustrious history covering back to the inception of baseball. So, while I understand your sadness and disappointment, so to must you understand my Happiness and Joy. These last four ALCS/WC games between these two teams have been awesome...A new Rivalry may have developed...
