This is how I feel about starting a buisness. I think all my ideas are dumb/not worth pursuing. I think im just going to make property managment software and actually put something out there vs spinning my wheels going no where forever.

See, that's why I don't like the Sunk Cost Fallacy. I think the Sunk Cost Fallacy is itself a fallacy. The only way Sunk Cost Fallacy works is if you can know absolutely, unambiguously, that an effort is truly a lost cause. In life, it's very rare to get that kind of strong signal. Besides that, if you're able to convince yourself that something truly is a lost cause, and you decide to switch to some other new venture, who's to say that down the road you won't eventually conclude that the new endeavor is also a lost cause. You'll just end up spinning your wheels your whole life. In software, I don't think anything is ever a lost cause. You can just keep working on it, adding features, and there's a million other levers you can pull to tweak the business. I'm a believer in sticking with something and following through. Another way of looking at it is that I like my Current Self to be faithful to the decisions and efforts of my Past Self. I like to believe that my Past Self actually knew what he was doing when he decided to embark on something.

Idk, I think some businesses just don't work and sometimes it takes years to realise that. You only keep going because of sunk cost fallacy.
