Can you please make a video about how to deal with bipolar people who are toxic about their lack of emotional control and use it as leverage to behave even worse?
I have dealt with this kind of gaslighting but it usually comes from this bipolar person who is also really nice some of the time and also lives in my own house (sibling). This makes it more challenging to deal with cuz I don't know how to react.
I will use this video as reference for every other situation that involves gaslighting though, very helpful.
