Hey man love your videos. Have you looked into seeing if its possible to do Helicoil to replace the threads? Also look into copper nuts to hold down the header. They won't loosen up over time with vibration, and they won't get stuck if you need to remove them again later. Good luck with everything, I'm looking forward to seeing how it turns out.

@projectgoodspeed nothing wrong with that man. I drilled a crooked hole on a cylinder head before and thought it was done, but luckily, it was salvageable. Good luck man

You don't need to machine head unless u got blown head gasket and head gets warped all u need to do is drill and tap takes maybe 30 to 45 min to do

if ur going to buy a new one might as well try to preform the repair your self it isnt that hard tap insets even too it is nerve wracking tap inset with drill included costs 50-100 usd im guessing

@roydegraaf8788 you do have a point… first i have to find one though! It kinda sucks cause the price for either option is gunna probably be around the same… (machine shop, new head, or tools to fix it myself) lol Hondas….😂

Why waste money on a new head or machine shop? Buy a tap and do it yourself bro!

@xTHEOBOx You know i really didnt want to even bother cause its kinda difficult to get it right sometimes BUT someone mentioned a method of using helicoils that I didnt even know existed soo i might just do that instead!👍
