@@JackRoaming I see 👍😇❤ Yeah, Thailand is the dream land for westerners, especially with all the accommodations and favorable visas for tourists and foreigners who want to live there long term. 👍Vietnam is very good for digital nomads as well, but it is not well advertised and talked about online. There are a lot of good things going on in Vietnam but unless you look into it, you won't see it if you are only passing by as a tourist. Also, they only have 3 months tourist visas and no retirement visas available. 😇
@@anonymousperson2345 I don't think it has something to do with advertisement. I think the tourism industry in Thailand is just 20 years ahead of Vietnam. After visiting both, I found Thailand way better organized and more welcoming for Westerners. Also, English levels are much higher in Thailand. Vietnam is amazing too but it's much more adventurous and less suitable for Western non-backpackers. In Thailand, you feel right at home whereas in Vietnam, you need to get used to everything. I think that's why digital nomads generally choose Thailand over Vietnam - it's simply more accommodating.
From December to February is the winter season in Chiang Mai and the weather is very good. And there's a cool breeze blowing past you. 😊
