Hey, thanks so much for this video. I am in the process of putting together a similar build and I am hoping you could point me in the right direction as to how I can incorporate the speed controller.

The C stands for Common or Centre. NC is Normally Closed, as you said. It's the differing contacts on the switch.

Thank you for this! I have the same setup but want to connect the speed controller. You mention you will talk about this later. Have you already? How do the connections differ?

Thank you! I used your auto reverse circuit to make a DIY light rail mover for my grow lights. Works great!!!

Very interesting. It would be good to have some sort of marine case to put it all in so that it was waterproof as I use my slider outside mostly. And the speed control is somewhat critical for time lapse. Thanks for posting this though. I'll have to take a closer look and see if I can make this work for my needs.

Nice job, very professional. Do you have anything on the rotation of a 12v cctv camera and 12v motor with reversible movement?

Great information and DIY;looking to make this for the studio however I have a few questions. What are the parts you’ll need aside from the electronics?

What motor speed do you recommend? I just want it to slide back and forth so I can be in the video with my kids and birthday parties.

I would say under 20rpm. In my video I was using a 20rpm motor but I think it was a bit fast.

+Frankie e You just wire it in a way that breaks the circuit.
