Excellent advice. I'm thinking of home schooling, but I think FL schools teach "normal" curriculum?

Thank you! You don't have to follow any specific curriculum. The kids do an assessment each year, but it's simple. We do Classical Conversations and the kids love it.

If we’re looking to possibly move no later than August 2023. We want to buy a home, when do you recommend that we start looking? In order to close by August.

If you're looking for a new construction home, start now. If it's a resale, 60-90 days is a good timeline. It takes 30-45 days to find a home once you get under contract and anywhere from one weekend to a month. Our average home buyer view approx. 8 homes before buying.
Feel free to reach out directly with questions. (813) 251-3540 juan@trulivingroup.com

Hi Juan! Really enjoying your videos. Me, my wife and our two boys (5&1) live in Kentucky. We are hoping to make the move to the Tampa area in 2024. Your videos are helpful. When should we make first contact with realtor? Thanks

Hey Steven. I don't think it's ever too early, but no later than 6-9 months ahead. Feel free to reach out if you ever have any questions.

I stumbled across your page and it's awesome so far. I'm hoping that everyone that is planning on moving down here understands that this is NOT a woke state and is now very conservative, great for families.
When the market cools down I will definitely consider contacting you.

Renting is a recipe for poverty. If you need a yard and can afford and work on a yard, buy the house... if you don't want quite that much, buy a townhouse. If you don't want any of it or can't afford it, buy a condo, but save and save so you can buy.
