I stumbled across your page and it's awesome so far. I'm hoping that everyone that is planning on moving down here understands that this is NOT a woke state and is now very conservative, great for families. When the market cools down I will definitely consider contacting you.
Renting is a recipe for poverty. If you need a yard and can afford and work on a yard, buy the house... if you don't want quite that much, buy a townhouse. If you don't want any of it or can't afford it, buy a condo, but save and save so you can buy.
